Job was a vacate clean with carpet steam clean. Cleaners where late because they stopped for coffee because apparently 8am was early morning, then asked to be paid up front and refused to start until I paid the $550 against my gut feeling I paid. I received a phone call from the estate agent a few days later advising the carpet had not been cleaned and other parts of the house including the shower oven and architraves weren't clean. Upon contacting the company they claimed the agent was being unreasonably picky and refused to re clean the town house. On their paper work they guarantee their work and bond back or they re clean. This did not happen. The agent and cleaner had a discussion and the cleaner admitted to the agent they had not cleaned the carpet at as they thought it was too low quality. The cleaner flat out refused to honor their bond/re clean guarantee. As a consequence the agent had to employ another cleaner at a cost of $595 to me.
This was taken from my bond, I forwarded the receipt to the cleaner in vague hope of reimbursement. I am disgusted with the way I was treated and I now have a black mark against my me on my rental history. First time in 15yesrs my bond was not returned in full.
Do not trust this company at all, they are unprofessional, charge for work not done, don't honor their guarantee and have a low standard of cleanliness. Can not stress enough to not trust this company. read more
