By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. THEY LEFT…read moreMY HOUSE AND LEFT THE FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN ALL DAY!!!! They arrived to do my bond clean and complained about dust on the floor and in the cupboard, wee on toilet seat (we have a 3 year old doing toilet training) Plus some plastic toys that must've been under the couch when we moved all the furniture out. Upon arrival they tried charging me $125 more than what I was quoted because there was "extra" work to clean the oven and throw away a tiny bit of rubbish that was under beds and couches that is now exposed since then being removed. An hour and half passed and they still hadn't started cleaning so I ended up cancelling on the spot, loosing my deposit and was then charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cutting my loses and starting to find another company and attempting to forget this piss poor experience, I then get a message from my old neighbor at 8:30pm advising my front door was left wide open all day and proceeds to send me photos of my front door left wide open. My partner had been at work and I had been looking after our kid in our new house. Meaning Ministry of cleaning were last people in my house. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE THAT IS THIS COMPANY!

WORST COMPANY - DISGUSTING HUMANS…read more Exactly the same issues as all the previous reviews - they came up as Maximus Cleaning Services, something completely different on the invoice... They ripped us off, charged over 500 more than was originally quoted and we couldn't change cleaners because it was the last day of the lease. We paid extra for oven cleaning, they didn't even do that. They should be put in jail - absolute scum bags.

But on the day they arrived hours late and attempted to charge us more than double the quote we had agreed. We managed to get it down but still had to pay way more than the original quote, and we really felt that they had taken advantage of us and the last-minute situation we were in. When they left, they left marks on the walls, dust still throughout the flat, and damp toilet paper in the bathroom.
