We were in search of a specific piece of jewelry and it was ordered that day and arrived on Xmas Eve! As it turns out we decided to go a size larger and have it ordered after Xmas. The owner, Brad, followed up with us when the piece came in and took the time and care to send the item to our Florida address and send me the tracking information and checked back multiple times. It's coming tomorrow and I can't wait to see our finished product. You don't get this kind of attention to detail at just any business! Udry's has been in business for decades and has a great following and now they can add us to their fan base! Thanks Brad and everyone else who helped us this past Christmas! I have used Owens Design Group for several projects over the years--everything from signs to…read moreposters and tickets for a benefit, invitations, low tack vinyl (wedding vehicle), magnets for a vehicle to brochures and booklets. Their studio provides small town charm with big city opportunities. Turn around time is excellent--and you work right with the designer so you get exactly what you want. I now understand the "shop local" movement. You don't get the attention detail from the big chains that you do from Owens Design Group. The owner is from the area and knows everyone--he even played Santa this year in the community. His employees have been with him for years and are well known and respected. The atmosphere is welcoming and laid back--which really eases the stress of a big project. This is a group that likes to have fun and it's obvious the moment you walk in the door. I love the fact that if I need work done, they can complete it by my deadline and have always been reasonable. Any other bid I have taken to them, they have been able to beat. And the quality is excellent. In fact, I was out of town and needed more invitations printed so I went to FedEx Kinkos. Not only was it triple the price, but the color was off and the card stock was a lower quality. I was very disappointed when I found out they could have printed and mailed them for me for the same price. They are one of the best kept secrets in Chillicothe. Did I mention they deliver if needed? And are available on weekends and after hours by appointment to discuss design work. This is a great business to work with.
