Not just that but the physio therapist where I now live had no idea how to treat me. She caused me so much pain and set me back big time. Weeks later and I'm still suffering from her treatment. I'm going back to Orleans from now on. Where I know I will finally get relief from my painful, chronic condition. Clifton and Clint are very professional, great at what they do and they have never rushed my therapy. It's like coming home.

In no time I felt improvement and strength, I regained mobility and confidence in my step. The reception staff are pleasant, efficient and informative, greet me by my name and are always cheerful and willing to help. I would highly recommend their services and will continue to call on them for ongoing treatment.

Whatever, that's on me. HOWEVER, the only way that you're allowed to book an appointment again is if you pay 60 dollars in person, and only then can you even book an appointment. You are not allowed to pay the day of your appointment, must be in advance. I offered to process the 60 dollars through online banking, or any other method, but unfortunately the only other way that they accept payment is through cheque in the mail.... which are virtually extinct. She did not force a diagnosis on me but rather gave me the skills I needed to work through my issues. She was nothing but supportive and helped me a great deal. These 1 star reviews are ridiculous. Her job is not to tell you what you want to hear but to listen and help you learn to cope and manage your issues.

I have given Dr Paula one star for her pleasant persona exuded. During a recent Parental…read moreAttachment Assessment, a service usually requested by FCS/CAS which she seems to have chosen as her "bread and butter", I was initially optimistic that her professionalism would be evident in her report. After receiving her conclusions, it was blatantly obvious that she purposely tailored her report and observations to favour the result that FCS/CAS wanted. She reported things I had told her incorrectly and "quoted" them, completely ignored concerns that I had raised about others in the study, and in doing so proved that she was not using her training to provide an informative OR honest review, but simply writing a report that was "expected of her". It is full of conflicting statements, lies, and when read by anyone with even a hint of common sense, it is obvious that she chose not to report truthfully. It is not only my information she reported incorrectly, but at least three, and she takes the word of people she concluded were "borderline, and well below average" as truth compared to people she concluded were "superior, and Highly Above Average". (I was reported mostly fairly in a personal assessment, with a few mistakes), but even though I warned her that where these particular children were was extremely dangerous to their physical and mental well being, she indicated they were best off there... I have no desire for these children as they are not mine, but I definitely care for their safety. In conclusion, Dr. Moncion will write obvious lies, conflicting statements, and generally make herself look like an uneducated fool, on top of the fact that she obviously cares more about maintaining a government contract (paycheck), than the well-being of children!! If you need a Parental Attachment Assessment, DO NOT use her if you love the children involved or care at all what happens to them! I will be looking to have her license removed, and suing her civilly, as I would hope anyone else would do with people who abuse such a powerful position!
