I went to get arch supports from this person. He provided them to me. $800 later, they did not…read morework, and I was in constant pain no matter how many times he adjusted them. He said that the only thing that would work for my condition was a stent that he would insert surgically. It was $4,000 (that I did not have, and had to borrow). His office said that after my foot healed, I could get the other foot done. After the procedure, I was in constant pain for 2 years. It was a total ripoff. It is called a Hyprocure stent. After Dupont was brought up on charges a few years ago for installing knockoffs of the stent, podiatrists all over the country wouldn't touch the procedure. Only three people across the country still do it. I decided to go to an orthopaedic surgeon. After taking an x-ray, he notified me that the stent eroded the bones in my foot. My ortho surgeon fused my foot and I have gotten a lot better. He charged me NOTHING because it was covered by OHIP. I submitted a complaint to Dr. Greenberg's governing body. I told them that he did a very bad job, and they notified me that podiatrists cannot legally call themselves 'doctors' in this province. Apparently he had been reprimanded in the past for portraying himself as a doctor to his patients. I went through terrible chronic pain, tremendous depression, the loss of a relationship and I almost lost my job over this fiasco. Please, please, please -- do not go to this person. If you are having foot problems, there is another podiatrist in Orleans; or simply ask your family doctor to recommend an ortho surgeon, or an orthotist. Good luck and God speed to anyone reading this. Please do not make the same mistake that I made. If you have to see a podiatrist, maybe go to Montreal, Toronto, or if you can afford it - the US. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

For a while I was suffering from ingrown toenails that were really bad. I would go to clinch to get…read moreit temporarily fixed. One day I heard from my mother that her co-worker had the same issue and went to Dr. Greenberg to resolve it, she was very happy with the results and the experience. I went there to be treated and he treated my foot with a permanent procedure that would stop it from occurring again. The surgery was completely pain free which made a pleasant experience. It has been a few years and the nail is now fully grown, healthy, and has not had any issues or irritations. The staff and doctor were very kind, professional, and polite and I give my deepest appreciation to them. I would definitely recommend Feetdocs to anyone who is suffering from a foot issue and is unsure of the best place in Ottawa to go.
