WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The manager Renee is an awfull human being. If I could have given zero stars…read moreI would have. I have been shopping at Sally's (not this one) for 13 years as a professional. I've never had an issue matching prices there. She refused to match a price so I tried to return my unused clippers and was told the new policy says they don't take clippers back. I called corporate and they apologized for the trouble and said they'd call the store and tell the manager to accept my return as long as they weren't used. Renee then told me that she still wouldn't return because they were used!!! Complete bullshit!!! I never even opened the box!!!! Corporate sent me to another store to return since she refuses to accept them. She is the worst kind of person and certainly shouldn't be a manager working in the customer service industry. After 13 years I will never shop here again. Go to barbersupply.com great prices for professionals :). Good luck if u still choose to shop with them.

I have never had such a thorough oral examination and I was so pleased with their high level of attention to detail. Samantha, the dental assistant, was friendly, highly skilled, and efficient. She has excellent bedside manner and explained every procedure in detail before and during so I knew what was going on. She took beautiful dental radiographs in a very short period of time, I was impressed with her technique! Dr. Picard was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He started my exam by talking to me about myself and non-dental related topics which really made me feel at ease and definitely got rid of those pre-visit butterflies in my stomach! His exam was detailed and he took the time to ask me several times if I had any questions or needed further explanations on anything. Both Samantha and Dr. Picard went above and beyond!
