Maybe it's a boutique or a gift shop or someone's pet project? It has two sections inside which break up the generic mix vaguely into 'child friendly gifts' and 'adults only'. Not that I was looking for anything for children but I did notice they had loads of little band t-shirts, the Ramones, the Stones...maybe if you break them into punk and rock early you can ruin Disney for them forever? Cruel to be kind? Maybe? The adult stuff ranges from candles, kaftans, scarves, Tupperware, cups, glasses, boxes, baskets, bits of furniture, necklaces. It goes on. Honestly, it's a right mix. Personally, I don't feel the passion here or the sense of cohesion or mission. It feels a bit hollow, sure lots of these items are imported from India and they are genuine and in some cases rather nice but ultimately I couldn't really think of anyone who would absolutely love something from here.

This shop is a mix of women's fashion, kids clothes, and items you'd find in a gift shop, all of this is arranged into three separate sections. When I entered the shop, the left side is the kids section. Since I wasn't there searching for kids things I gave the area a cursory glance. The middle of the shop is filled with candles (which were lovely), cards and wrapping paper. The third section has women's clothes and I found a great sweater. The shop is a mix and depending on what you're looking you might find it here. It is a shop that you have look around to find what you want, things don't seem to just jump out.

The shop…read moreis filled with lots of children's clothes and the best part is that the owner's daughter (who is about 3) is there to help open the door for you. The shop is very cute and laid out with girl's clothes on the main floor and the boy's clothes on the lower floor. There were lots of great kids' clothes and I found a large number of items for friends with little ones. I love shopping for kids clothes and Pollyanna's had a great and diverse selection.

However, the dark haired man who appeared to be the manager was not pleasant, to say the least. He seemed most concerned with getting us to buy something quickly and then leave. He was short with us and with his employee. I will not return here because I do not want to support a business that fosters this sort of workplace for its employees and shopping experience for its customers. I rate this place 2 stars because the young woman who worked with us was so patient and thoughtful. It would have been 1 star without her. Oh and it is pretty expensive too.

The staff are very friendly and at the back of the shop they stock a good selection of toys and books. Although I love FARAs Earlsfield kids branch, I found exceptional quality clothing in here. The best thing about these shops is that the proceeds go to support Romanian Kids. Every time I visit these Kids Charity Shops I donate a bag a of my daughter's clothes then I feel better when I buy :-) Check It Out you wont be disappointed!!!

Fulham is a good quarter for charity shopping as they do have high quality stock for reasonable…read moreprices. I am talking of prices between £2-£10! As a fashion student I was working on a shirt project - what better place to find various shirts to a reasonable pricing - they gave me a special discount for it. This charity shop has less dressy things but more casual items, such as cardigans, hats, shirts, pullovers...From Mango, M&S to Missoni and Rocha. The staff is very friendly and you have to remind yourself they all do it on a voluntary basis. If you are getting rid of some of your old clothes, shoes or fan...make your way there and they are grateful for your contribution!

Great for Chelsea girls, Austique is a sweet boutique that stocks a lot of dresses and other girly…read morefashion. But while some pieces are a bit too precious for me, Austique's roster of designers is quite unique and usually exclusive to the Chelsea area. The shop started out with a focus on Australian labels, and while they have since cast their net wider, you'll still find an interesting range of Aussie designs (including my fav, Camilla and Marc). They also have gifty items/accessories (scented candles, lux slippers, cashmere gloves etc) and a great lingerie selection upstairs.
