We bought several large pine trees, totaling over $2,000, and paid additional for delivery. It was communicated to us that the trees would be moved into location where we had dug holes. But when the movers arrived, they said that the dolly they would need was at another site, so they dumped them on our driveway on their side and took off. When I called to explain the situation, the clerk said that we already got a 50% discount on the delivery because they needed to take two trips not one. The worst customer service experience I've ever had! I brought 5 planters to Jo Ann's on May 3rd. Before I placed the Oder I said I had to have them by May 26th and the owner said they'd be ready. I returned on May 25th to be sure they'd be ready for pickup the next day, I was told that they would not be ready and, if I didn't like it, I could take my empty planters home. I declined. The next day, I was called and told that the price would be higher than agreed upon and more than $100 higher than I paid last year. In response, I said that I only wanted 3 of the planters filled. Minutes later, they called to say they would not do any of them and for me to pick up my empty planters. A nearby garden store filled the 5 planters in 10 days at half the price. Beautiful plants , flowers , herbs and baskets upon baskets of flowers for sale. I was hoping to see indoors succulent for sale but was disappointed that they didn't have any. They do carry hens and chicks and they were huge, beautiful and healthy. A friend of ours said to check this place out and certainly was glad I came. Found my favorite christmas tree for sale, the Frasir fir at 4 ft for $150. I will definitely be back to buy it. They also carry several Japanese maples that were just beautiful! They have wonderful plants but the very best thing is the service! Everyone there is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have always been super good to my little grandchildren when they are with me. My grandkids look forward to seeing several of the staff whenever we go and know some of the staff by name. Today little Emma was feeling the heat and they got her some cold bottled water and were very solicitous. They are just the nicest people there! read more

This is my go to place for perennials and annuals and veggies. They have an incredible selection of healthy plants and I make at least 3 visits during the spring and summer. There are numerous greenhouses and the outdoor area Is overflowing with gorgeous plants. There are butterflies and bees all over the place. I've found the staff to be very helpful and always willing to chat and answer any questions I have. The prices are fair, though the perennials are a bit on the high side. However, they come back in my garden bigger and healthier each year so they're worth the price. read more

I first contacted them in May of this and and after 5 attempts to have the plant replaced they agreed to replace at the end of June or 2 months after first contact. Horrible communication. They will promise you one thing, and then just deny they ever said they'd do it. Instead of delivering it on a day where I could be there, they showed up the day after. Plus, the soil I got wasn't properly fertilized and they delivered a lot less than what I paid for. It was such a hassle dealing with them from the start, I have completely written them off and are supporting other local, honest businesses. read more
