He checked in several times in person to see how it was doing over the summer, and was always there to answer a call or email with any questions we had. She spent an hour with us teaching us about them and how to prune them and take care of them. When it came time to start our major project, she came to our house multiple times to talk about how plants would be laid out, and she met with our patio contractor in person to coordinate their efforts. Eventually, Jennifer and her crew came to plant a bunch of items, add mulch, and generally spruce things up. She had great advice at every step. The cost for her services was extremely reasonable. She provided invoices by email and was very communicative. There were also multiple instances when she suggested how we might accomplish some tasks ourselves so that we didn't have to pay her for them. She's also just a nice person, including when she brought our newborn son a birthday card.
