If I could give Sky Glass NYC more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!…read more I cannot say enough amazing things about Yuri and Ivan from Sky Glass NYC. After having another company do a horrible job on my windows, I was frustrated and honestly just wanted the problem fixed the RIGHT way. Yuri and Ivan came out on Monday, assessed everything, explained what needed to be done, and were back on Wednesday ready to work. Other companies were telling me the job could take 5-6 days -- these guys got it done beautifully in ONE DAY, without sacrificing quality. And let me be completely honest -- I know I can be a pain . I ask a million questions, I pay attention to everything, and I come with a sense of humor that may not be everyone's cup of tea. Yuri and Ivan handled me like champs! They were patient, sweet, kind, respectful, professional, and just genuinely good people to work with. Their work was clean, professional, efficient, and beautifully done. But what really impressed me? When they finished, they cleaned everything up without me even having to ask! Anyone who has dealt with contractors knows how much that means. These guys WORK. No wasting time, no dragging the job out, no excuses. They came in, knew what they were doing, and got it DONE. After the experience I had with the previous company, finding Yuri and Ivan was truly a breath of fresh air. Give Sky Glass NYC a chance. Yuri and Ivan are hardworking, reliable, talented, and an amazing team. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Thank you, Yuri and Ivan, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. You guys are truly the BEST!

Jeff and his company were recommended to us by a work contact. Being a Community Manager, I deal…read morewith contractors daily, but never really for windows. I called Jeff and he came out to meet with my husband and I the same weekend. We told him exactly what we were looking for, and he provided us with an estimate and contract right then and there. He measured and told us those were base measurements, when we got closer to the install date he would come out to measure again to ensure everything was perfect. Our lead time was 8 weeks. We also had some odd and special request items; an old door to nowhere needed to be converted to a window and two dormer rooms needed special order, special size sliders. Jeff didn't blink an eye at it. When the install time came his guys were professional and courteous. They knew the job, did it quickly and with little fuss, and cleaned up nicely. Carley, Jeff's daughter, and office manager kept me informed all along the way. The carpenter brought in to do the conversion had some issues with the location due to a tree growing right in that outdoor spot. Once he told us what he needed we said we would take care of it. He came back the following week and helped my husband get things squared away so he could do his work. He did an excellent job. Overall we are very happy with the windows. We did want to do doors, but we are on a tight budget. Jeff only deals with higher-end doors and it just wasn't in our budget - but I am sure they would have turned out just as well as the windows. We went with the lower end, simply to again, deal with our budget - but I am very sure if I have any issues with them ever, Jeff will help out! Great company, very professional, and super nice! Highly recommend!!

Challenges will happen with any business or service. It's how a business responds that makes the difference. I requested an in home consultation and John Gary visited my home for an estimate. John did a good job of explaining my options, prices, process etc. I live in a townhouse community which has an HOA to work with, the team at Window world handled the paperwork and documents needed for approval. The order was placed and the windows and patio door were delivered earlier than expected. An install appointment was scheduled. The install went smooth, I will say the installers worked until 8:30 in the evening. I believe they may have under estimated the amount of time needed for the install. I would definitely recommend they arrive earlier moving forward. I was disappointed as screens came in damaged but were quickly fixed a few days later. There was a bit of a mess left outside as it was dark out when completed and I know the installers couldn't see the debris that was left outside. I was also disappointed to see that the windows were left with grime, caulk etc which needed to be cleaned afterwards. I was also not satisfied with the walk thru of the features of the windows, I did not know that the sliding window could actually be easily removed to clean them. All in all it was a good experience, the price was far less than Anderson and Pella. The warranty offered is very good. I am confident I made a good decision.

They are a family business with a showroom just off from Rt 35. I couldn't get to it so I was even given a free ride to go and see for myself what the products look like from Doug the salesman. On the day of installation, I met his wife Michele who is the Showroom Manager. Then there's Mindy who is on top of contacting me and making sure there is communication and then Rob and his team of two other installers. The whole bunch had a great sense of humor, and really enjoyed their jobs! They came on time and offered professional service but still maintaining a great easy-going vibe. The installers were extremely efficient and had window replacement to a science! They cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess! Rob has 32 years of windows installation experience and it shows. The guys were down to earth and humble too! They packed all the equipment into the truck neatly! It is one of the neatest and cleanest work trucks I have ever seen! I spied a cooler in their truck! If you get Doug as your salesman, ask him to show you one of his best assets, a cap that his wife bought him. It is a very familiar red and I thought could it be? Then Doug turns around and his cap reads "Make Windows Great Again!" That was too precious! I told him he could offer those for sale too! After installation, I had some issues with the mechanics of the windows and Michele was on it ASAP and dispatched Doug out to see what the issues were. Great customer service! The windows I got are Polaris and made in Ohio! They also install exterior doors and storm doors from ProVia. If your budget will allow you to, get the triple paned glass! What a pleasure it has been to work with this group from start to finish!
