We have a disabled daughter who travels with us and she can't tolerate movement due to her condition so putting our rig on a tow truck was not an option. The great folks at Pete's Road Service sourced a replacement wheel from Las Vegas and delivered a fully operational wheel and tire (that matched the other 5) directly to our campground site. Within 20 min they (Fernando) had installed the new wheel and removed our old (damaged one). All in 100 degree heat. The service they performed was above and beyond. They stayed an hour and a half after closing, ran down to AutoZone to grab a tool for a seized bearing, found us a great deal on bigger and better tires/wheels, and even fixed some backward bolts on our trailer that weren't installed right from the start. They didn't have to do any of that, but they did and they treated us like friends, not just customers. Absolute top-notch service. I find their specialties and deep knowledge are diesel engines and chassis related systems, not the house part of RVs. Over several years, I have called Ron & Shawn 6 times for problems with dash AC, check engine light, DEF and diesel exhaust, hydraulic leaks, hydraulic leveling jack, engine overheating, and engine oil leak. TT&RV has also performed mobile fluid and filters changes on the Cummins engine and generator. My total cost has added up to over $15K for all the parts and labor. However, motorhome parts are not cheap. All the problems were fixed and all the services were performed by TT&RV to my satisfaction.

Calling around for used tires and I would ask for my size, the other places would just say sorry but don't have them. When call Padilla, they also said they did not have anything in stock used BUT they gave me sizes that would work and price on new. The point is I was in a pickle and under the gun with a tow driver needing to know where to go and Padilla gave me options to help me out in my situation. Once arriving they took care of me and gave me a few options. I did not feel like I was a burden and that is how most places make customers feel.
