In this comprehensive review, I present a detailed account of my experiences with JNE Engineering, highlighting their fraudulent practices. My initial project, valued at $60,000, required a down payment of $30,000 and a balance of $30,000 upon delivery. JNE Engineering's representative, Jason, advised me to pay an additional $58,000 in exchange for expedited delivery.
Upon receiving my first shipment of 50 units in August 2025, they arrived at Miami Port. However, two weeks later, they informed me that the delivery had been lost. Consequently, I was forced to wait 90 days for an insurance claim, which Jason promptly collected.
Despite my skepticism, I trusted Kim's advice and requested a re-order. JNE Engineering installed the requested equipment, but I was subjected to a prolonged waiting period. Four months passed, during which they provided numerous excuses.
I eventually convinced Kim to order three units in December, with an expected delivery date of February 7. However, Jason never sent me a tracking number when I inquired about the status of the delivery. Despite his confirmation that he had received the package, he failed to provide the tracking information.
The following day, I called Jason at approximately 12 noon and received a text message stating that the stations were lost due to UPS delivering them to the incorrect address. Despite this revelation, Jason had already informed me that he had the stations and, therefore, was aware that I would not receive the delivery in the morning. He had not disclosed this information to me, forcing me to wait another 60 days for an insurance claim, which Jason had collected for both deliveries.
At this point, I decided to order one last time, giving JNE Engineering the benefit of the doubt. They placed another order for three stations, with an expected delivery date of April 15. However, upon receiving a photo of an UPS Alpha delivery without a tracking number, I was left with no stations and still without a resolution to my issue. At the end of the day, I called Jason to inquire about the status of my delivery. Despite several text messages, I received no response. The following day, I attempted to contact him again, but my phone number was blocked. I suspected that something had occurred after three days of no communication.
I reached out to Jason's office, informing them that Michael's work was picking up. I inquired about the whereabouts of my delivery, and he informed me that UPS had made an error. He stated that my delivery would arrive on Monday.
On Monday, I called the office again, but my phone number was still blocked. I used my mother's phone, and Michael picked up. He appeared to be busy and hung up, subsequently blocking that phone number.
I provide a concise version of the events, as there are additional details that Jason has concealed. It is crucial to understand that Jason's intentions were not to fulfill your dreams; rather, he sought to destroy them. He initially portrayed himself as amiable and interested in collaborating with you and providing assistance. However, his true nature emerged once he had obtained your financial resources.
I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against Jason, as the outstanding balance is $60,000. My lawyer will subpoena UPS receipts to verify the legitimacy of the deliveries and ascertain the origin of the shipments. It is uncertain whether he utilized a different UPS receipt from another order. All evidence suggests that this is fraudulent.
To date, I have not received any communication from Jason since my delivery on April 16th. Despite my persistent attempts to reach out through text messages, I have been unsuccessful. If my lawyer discovers any additional charges beyond fraud, I will press charges against him. Not only did he shatter my dream, which I had been working on for ten years, but he also deprived me of the funds I was using to support myself and my mother. We had to pay our bills until I began selling my stations, but this endeavor was thwarted by Jason JNE Engineering. read more
