I called the company in the middle of the day to confirm since i had not heard from them. I was told repeatedly that they would arrive. When it was nearing the end of the service window and the end of the day and they still had not shown I called once more, at which point they finally told me that they had been waiting for the part to show up and that maybe it was backordered, but they didnt know when it would arrive. I had to prompt the customer service person to reschedule the repair despite there being no chance of the repair happening in the limited time remaining in the day. laughably bad customer service. avoid at all costs and save your time and money
