I was in a time crunch with a job beginning off Cape the following week and it was in the busy season. Derek was recommended to me by another mechanic. In spite of being very busy, Derek looked at my car between appointments did a great diagnosis, ordered a part, squeezed in an appointment for me and got it fixed in time for me to get to W.Mass the next week as promised. Through out, he was friendly, honest, and kept his word. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable rate and my car - a 97 Honda del Sol - is running perfectly! A really professional job! I intend to go back to him for any work I need done in the future!

I encountered a male that goes by the name Tom who was really unhelpful when I was attempting to purchase a vehicle but my questions were rudely answered, as a customer I believe I shouldn't walk out of a shop and feel as though I was not helped or welcomed, especially if I am the one who wants to make a purchase with my funds. If you simply are not a people person do not work in customer service. I DONT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR GAS MONEY!

The time to fix the front end damage and get everything repainted was quick. I was washing my truck one day when I was in college and noticed a little bubble on the fender flare and didn't think anything of it. Now being in 2025 the paint on my fender flare has a big spot where the paint has peeled. The flare was not prepped properly and most likely not primed before it got paint. If my insurance company wasn't gonna pay to have the fender flare prepped, I should have gotten a call and I woulda paid cash to have it done properly. If you want a quality job, I'd go to another auto body shop in the area. I brought my truck here cause I wanted a quality fix and paint job done, if I wanted the job hacked, I would have done the job myself.

Water leak and a lot of wind noise after install. I…read morebrought my new Honda CRV to Advanced Auto Glass because I had heard the owner did great work (unfortunately he had someone else there install the windshield). Both the owner and his employee were very friendly and presented themselves professionally. After the install I brought the car back twice telling them it was leaking. The first time was within a couple of weeks and the second time was within the following week. Every time it rained there was a puddle on the right side on of the passengers side on the mat. He dismissed me and said not to leave the window open overnight when the car was not in use (wonder if he would say that to a man)! He then said it was the sunroof which I unfortunately had them replace. I have barely used the sunroof (maybe a couple dozen times) and it no longer works. I am the only driver and never leave windows open. He said there was no way the windshield was leaking and insisted I left a window open and it rained. When I said I never leave the windows open he said it must have been someone else who drove my car. I am the only person who had driven my new car at that time. There was a direct correlation between it raining and puddles being on the mat of the passenger side which was easy to confirm with a hose. The owner refused to even assess for a leak. Yesterday I was cleaning my windshield and happened to find a gap in the "seal" that is big enough to put a finger in! Certainly big enough to be a leak. Immediately after the install the owner told me I was all set. I confirmed I would pay and asked how long I should wait for the adhesive to dry and he told me I did not have to wait as it didn't make a difference. Everything on line from other companies that install windshields recommend waiting for the adhesive to dry and cure.

It ticked all my mental boxes as I made note for a future call. When I returned to my car, a neatly penned note and card was gently tucked in my door handle. The last round of icemessrainslosh found me to a panicked run into the hardware store for a wiper blade when the existing one popped off having frozen to the windshield....and maaaybe me forcing it and blahblahblah, okay I probably broke it. In the icemessrainslosh I popped on the snazzy looking "RainX" replacement blade and, for a few weeks, have been "on my way". Sure it's looked pretty cool with that yellow "RainX" strip; but, for a $26 wiper blade, it was NOT terribly effective....I had, repeatedly, forgotten more times than I remembered to look up the directions at which I did not look when I popped it on to discern the probable ID10T error." On seeing my still girded blade, Nate could have simply gone on with his muffin and day with a shake of his head at the silliness. He didn't. Instead, he left a neatly penned note and card, gently tucked in my door handle letting me know the yellow strip was a protective cover, in the event I'd not left it for a particular reason. He took the care, and time; made a difference, a new fan, and loyal customer before "service" has even been performed. Next muffin is on me, Nate!
