In June's bill, I get a notification saying that I didn't pay May's bill. I owed for May plus $15, and if I didn't pay it within such and such date, I would have services ceased. Fair enough. What wasn't fair was that I never received a bill. What am I supposed to do, call, reminding them that they haven't taken my money yet? No. They're the billing company. They do their part, I do mine. So me, being productive, requested that I be added to their bill notification list so that I would be emailed when they mailed bills. So this month, I still haven't gotten a an email or a bill by the 13 and I start freaking out, not wanting to have to pay a service charge for not getting a bill (that sounds even more ludicrous when I type it). So I call and leave a message at their customer service line, which conveniently closes at 4 p.m. The guy calls me back this morning, apologizing, saying that they were a little late on sending out bills this month. OH REALLY? Last I remember, when I was a "little late," y'all charged me an unnecessary $15. I'd like $15 credited to my account for your lateness. K. Thanks.

They send the bills out late to you in hopes that they can charge you a late fee. They bank on late…read morebills to you so you barely have time to mail them a check. Note: the bill arrives to them a day early and they mark it as late. Utility Billing Solutions LLC is a complete scam and needs to be thoroughly investigated. Fraudulent, dishonest water billing company. The residents of Madison Square Gardens are getting scammed and looks like someone is getting a fat chuck of money or kickbacks for using them.

Based on other reviewers experiences with this billing company, I am shocked that the practice does not change to another, more reputable billing company. If their patient accounts manager is not paying attention to this problem, it's time to find someone who will be proactive on behalf of the practice.
