A week later the owner came out, after the time for Inspections had passed. He came on our property unannounced and failed our system. He told me I needed to spend $20-$25,000 on a new system that he would gladly install for us. I hired another company to reinspect the system. They passed the system. Stating only that the tank was a bit small and if a larger family were to move in, they might need to clean it out more often or replace the tank with a larger one. I would not trust this company.

They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process before beginning the project, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and conducted a complete walk-through upon completion. Their communication and attention to detail were outstanding. Not only did they execute the job flawlessly and ahead of schedule, but they also went above and beyond the agreed scope by seeding grass in all of the disturbed areas--an unexpected and much-appreciated finishing touch.
