The problem is they damaged my driveway and now refuse to pay for the repair. Long story: Months ago I damaged the edge of my 200ft driveway closest to the septic tank by driving off the back edge causing a crack approximately 18" long with my full size pickup. When we scheduled our latest septic service we asked that the driver bring pads or mats fearing the truck may have to drive off the same area to get close to our tank. The scheduler said they would make a note and notify the driver. When the driver arrived he backed down our driveway and as he adjusted the truck in the position he wanted the front wheels went over the edge in 4 spots causing major cracks to the side of the driveway more than 50ft from the area I was concerned about, due to the weight. After the service, and once the truck was moved I noticed the damage and notified the driver, "Abe" who stated he was "the one who always breaks stuff". He acknowledge the damage, took photos and wrote it on the invoice at my request. He forwarded the photos to the office. Now after several emails and phone calls, Abe is saying he merely drove over an already damaged area. This is completely false and they continue to argue about having to pay for the repair. Beware. I called my usual company that has drained the…read moretank before, but the guy said all looked OK and that if draining the 1st tank didn't work, he didn't know what the problem was, and they don't repair anything anyway. The alarm light was still on the next morning so I called Randanella who diagnosed the issue immediately by the description I gave. Mr Randanella and team arrived quickly, opened the second tank lid, and showed me the oil slick, indicating my pump was bad. Mr Randanella replaced the 26 yr old pump quickly and all is fine now. Alarm is off. Toilet odor is gone. Wife is happy too [happy wife = happy life]. Highly recommend Randanella.

She sent the septic inspection report so they knew what to expect. Monday they can out to pump when my mom asked about the inspection the guy told her that's not my job. She called the office and they told her they would be out the next day. 2days later my mom called again and they told her sometime next week. Since she's got a deadline for closing she started calling other places Only to find out that the septic now needs to be pumped again as the tank needs to be emptied to see what's going on and exactly what needs to be repaired. She called brewer back and they won't do anything. Go figure they made their money so they don't care they screwed and elderly women. So disappointed with them and I for one will never use them again!
