Kerry is a very hard worker. When we hired Kerry he was going through tough time at personal level. But his attitude and professionalism towards his customers is commendable. He treats every project as an art and puts his heart and soul into it. Good to know him as a worker and person. Good luck. read more

No License!!! We contracted with Kerry Shaw to change our countertop. He got the half money very early and did not touch the project! We checked with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation and noticed he is not even a licensed contractor! What a big mistake to trust this person. Please see the attached image showing their response. read more

Jmls Home Solutions - Checking his license with Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation - Landscaping Near Me - evans, Georgia

Be aware!! never work with this company, Karry Shaw simply got our deposit money (about $ 3000 ) and after that brought different excuses that his company is closed due to pandemics and lots of other unreasonable excuses to not start the project. He deceived us easily by postponing the start day of our project and then he did not come to start and he has not got our money back. I uploaded some parts of our conversation as proof here. I am going to contact Yelp and report this scam company. We just noticed this company was officially dissolved on Sep 2021, which is three month before our contract date. He was amazing. Listened to what I needed and got the job done! Overly appreciative of all the hard work he put into my new home. Thank you so much! (: read more

Our backyard was home for 3 feet long weeds which made it useless for a good part of last year. Kerry came in, gave a reasonable quote not only for cleaning the mess but also installing pavers, sod, gravel etc. In addition he did awesome job with installing the irrigation with some cool bubblers (one of the best part of his work). And all this work he did it alone for most part in the reasonable time frame. Only thing i would advise is to get the quote with clearly laying out what you want him to do with minimal room for exceptions and he will deliver it. read more

Kerry is a very hard worker. COVID has not been easy for a lot of small businesses. He is willing to tailor any project to the owner and is an excellent communicator. Great for projects around the home. read more

Kerry did a fantastic job, and his professionalism shows through the first minute I called him. I had an overgrown yard in dire need of care. I called several contractors asking for a quote. Kerry is the only one asking me to take pictures of exactly what I wanted him done, and later when I decided to go with him, he also sent an invoice detailing all the things I wanted him done on my yard. Kerry came prepared with all the tools needed for the job, and even though it was a huge yard with lots of things to do, (I had him trim the yard, kill the weed, cut and trim several fruit trees and more.) he finished the majority of it in a single day. The second day he came back to finish cleaning up and I was left with the most satisfied yard job ever! I recommend Kerry to anyone who needs a contractor, he would provide the most amazing results. He is not only personable but also hardworking and detail-oriented. If all business owners are like Kerry, we will live in a happy world! read more

Lenita was so quick and helpful for a yard clean up that I had requested. On top of that, their response time for my inquiry was one of the fastest responses I got when I was looking to source this project. No complaints here. Would highly highly recommend JML for any of your home needs!! True professionals. read more

Lenita was on-time and helpful for a removal of some English Ivy over a fence in my back yard. Felt bad for her as I had a recent skunk spray incident and it happened near the fence. Even know that, she went right on through and cleaned it all up. Responsive, helpful and on-time. Highly recommend. Will contact them again for future projects. read more

I needed a yard cleanup job done in a hurry. Kerry at JML Cleaning responded quickly and was able to meet my tight deadline and budget. Kerry is a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, responsible, careful, competent, hard working, and always shows up when he says he will. I recommend JML Cleaning Services wholeheartedly. read more

JML Cleaning Services does a great job in maintaining my work's office grounds. Kerry is extremely professional and is a pleasure to work with. It is evident that he cares about providing an excellent job whenever he comes in for our bi-weekly landscaping service. He is very responsive to emails/phone calls and extremely easy to communicate with. Kerry also provides many suggestions in improving our landscaping without overcharging. This is something that is difficult to find in the Bay Area! Hire Kerry and you will not be disappointed! Thanks, Kerry! read more

I work with a property management company in the eastbay and was in the market for about a week for a landscaping vendor to service our properties. After coming across several unreliable and unresponsive companies, JML was the only company that responded with promptness and actually showed care towards potential clients. Kerry was able to meet with me the same week to go over everything that we needed for the property. He worked very efficiently and went above and beyond our expectations. He also kept us updated throughout the entire process with pictures. After Kerry's exceptional work from the first property, we decided to hire him for four other properties we manage and he executed and delivered on each one even through the rain and unpredictable weather. Kerry always followed through with what was promised and never hesitated to contact us for any changes or unforeseen circumstances during his services. Kerry takes much pride in what he does and sincerely enjoys serving others. This shows in the finished product of his work and through the care, and individualized attention to each of his clients. I HIGHLY recommend JML services to anyone looking around for landscaping or any of the services JML provides =) read more

My employer was looking for someone that would clean our building, front, side and back parking lot, it was a mess (weeds took over). I had called 4 other companies here in the Bay area and only received one call back and that was from Kerry and his project manager, they both were very pleasant and came out when they said they would. They did a great job and were professional and their pricing was good. We definitely will be doing more business with them in the future to come! I highly recommend JML! read more

Called... left them a vm - they told me they'd contact me and then... crickets! Hmmm Oh well - on to the next! Business must be great? Heard from the JML and appreciate the response--but you should've just said that up front. Wouldn't have thrown you under the bus. read more

Needed some things hauled in a hurry and J.M.L. Cleaning Services was the only one to come through. I had a large delivery come much earlier than scheduled, and needed furniture removed from my home before it arrived the same day. To no suprise I called everywhere and was told that they wouldn't do same day moves. I contacted J.M.L. and they were on the job in no time. Shoutout to you guys for helping me when no one else would, and for a way better price at that. Thanks again Kerry read more

I couldn't be happier with the work Kerry did. It was very easy to make an appointment, and he asked for me to send photos of exactly what I wanted done. This was great because then he could know exactly what I needed, and he could come prepared to do what needed to be done! I've had a lot of different companies do yard clean up for me before, but no one did half the job as JML Cleaning. I would 100% recommend them, and I no longer have to wonder whom I should call when my yard work gets away from me. He's a great, personable guy, which always is a bonus, but the integrity he shows as a business owner really shines through, and you know the job was done right. read more

Kerry and his team did a fantastic job, my backyard was a mess, filled with wood chips that weren't properly placed and knew that it'd be quite the undertaking removing them. We also had this half made extension with a poorly built roof that was due for removal simply because it was rotted. In just 3 days the extension was removed, wood chips cleaned out and now i have a very big and spacious backyard for family and dogs to enjoy. We will definitely hire Kerry and his crew again to help design our back and front yard once we come up with designs. Very professional, on time, and very accommodating. We were on a budget and I like how Kerry helped us think about how to phase our remodeling so that we could afford the remodeling on a budget. read more

Kerry did an amazing job on the cleanup of our backyard. He worked with us to make sure everything we wanted done was taken care of. His communication was awesome! He wore a mask during our consultation, and that was very much appreciated. He worked extremely hard to get our backyard done in a day and a half. It looks absolutely amazing and we will be using him for future projects as well. I highly recommend this company! Thank you again! read more

You remember the first time you walked into In and Out Burger and were amazed at all of the cheerful, competent people working there? After dealing with lots of so-so to incompetent contractors over the years, that was what it was like dealing with Kerry. He communicated well before the work, showed up on time, went above and beyond in the work he did, and was an absolute professional. If he were an electrician and a plumber, I wouldn't have to hire anyone else ever. I understand he plans to expand his business and I really hope he does because the world needs more people like him. read more

Very easy to work with. Did a full back and front yard cleanup, finished in far less time than I expected and did great work. Would definitely use Kerry and his team again. read more

Kerry is extremely friendly and efficient. Our front yard looked like a big mess before, but Kerry helped us make it look great and clean afterwards, we are so excited to see such a big improvement for our house! We found his business on Yelp along with other landscaping providers, others were either not doing business in my area, replying too late, or pricing is too high. But Kerry, was able to perfectly complete this job with the lowest price possible and a short period of time. He gave us an estimate the same day I called him, and was able to stick with the estimate even with a lot of unforeseen issues. He definitely had to do more work than expected but didn't raise the price to us. You can't tell how much I appreciate him for doing that! And last but not least, after his crew finished placing the lawn, he, as the business owner, came in one more time to make sure everything is done well, and he's even warm enough to help us put our solar path lights back on the yard and cleaned up the loose leaves in front of our door, which is kinda far away from the yard. These littles tasks may not take too much time but it shows how passionate and thoughtful Kerry is to really help people get a great looking yard! We are so satisfied with everything he did and will continue working with him to further discuss our backyard, which is a even bigger mess, lol. Thank you Kerry! read more

Best services ever. Kerry helped us fill a 25 year old pool that has costed me a lot of effort and money. The schedule was tight as well as the budget but he and JML cleaning definitely did a wonderful job. I never hesitate to give my best respect to a guy who sees his business as his own child because when he does that, he really cares about what his customers think. His company is stationed in Hayward and the project is in Davis but he always arrives on time and leaves no reason for me to complain. Right now he's doing a complimentary cleaning and restoration service of the construction site. I must give a five star to such a generous, hard working and family focused person and this business that has a basis for an evergreen future. read more

Kerry is a man who his word has meaning. On short notice, he came to our home to help remove bamboo and ivy that had overgrown the yard from the previous owners. His bid was reasonable, his work professional, and the clean up amazing. Not only did he remove the bamboo, but he also helped remove an old rotten fence. I do not write reviews often, but with the quality of work Kerry had along with the price he provided, I couldn't help recommending him out to family, friends, and neighbors. A worth wild investment. read more

From the first conversation they were prompt and professional. I needed help in a hurry and they came within 3 days. Kerry and the team were awesome! Just had a small project. Can't wait to start another one. Thanks guys!!!

JML came out on short notice and did a fantastic job cleaning up our yard. Would absolutely use them again.

Kerry is better than advertised. Do not hesitate to give him a call. Fast, friendly, honest professional with very reasonable pricing. He performed a yard cleanup of my overgrown front and back yards and exceeded my expectations. Not only did he do the cleanup job he quoted, he took the time to make my yard look beautiful again. He was able to give me great advice on a future project to minimize cost and didn't try to sell me on anything. His hard work speaks for itself. I'll definitely be calling him back out. read more

Kerry and team did a great job with gravel install and planting multiple trees. Easy to work with and would hire again!

JML Contracting Services is amazing! They are honest, affordable and hardworking. This company also responds in a promptly manner. I needed them to replace my current grass with mulch and to plant some plants. Kerry is a lifesaver we were selling our house and I called him last minute and without hesitation said he would be here in 2 days to completely landscape our front and backyard. Kerry was so easy, fair, and knowledgeable to work with. He answered all my questions and gave me a an estimate he justified with why he would charge the prices he set. I will definitely use him again for all my gardening and removal needs! read more

JML cleaning Service does an excellent job. Over a year ago I had them put up a play structure in my back yard and the great grand kids love it.
