I hired Dimark, and was not disappointed! They responded to my request and gave a range to quote. If I would have been available, they would've taken care of it same day. We scheduled a few days later, and Marlon was here on time, and assessed the issue almost immediately. The garage door opener is working, perfect, and he did maintenance on the door itself as well. The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys. Price was within the range as well. Excellent service, and very fast. I highly recommend.

Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it. The guy never arrived but I didn't wait too long since Giselle called me before notifying me that he won't be able to make it the day of so instead the Owner or something took a look at the pictures and gave me an estimate. The price was a tad bit high so I went and looked for some other companies. I got a few options through Yelp (great way to use the service btw) and told them all the lowest price I got and if they would match vs compete. Most didn't respond but Giselle called me after she got home and matched and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Mad props. Their tech arrived first thing at 8am today and just fixed our issue. Leslie was amazing. Paid attention to the details and looked like a honest man. Took a look at our issue and didn't try to change things up right away (I was worried about this), no surcharges or anything. Very satisfied with their service. Would recommend. There are obviously a few things they could improve (look at the beginning) but they killed the execution so mad props.

Finally decided I could not tackle this alone, so I called Beth. Best idea I've had in a long time. She got back to be promptly and I described my situation. We arranged a time for her to come over. She quoted about 5, maybe 6 hours total, and that I would not have to be there the whole time if I did not want. I stayed, (mostly because it was so much fun to see what I actually had. I spent a lot of time saying" wow, I don't remember buying that. Or wow, I didn't know I had that.) I also tried on lots of clothes and shoes to help decide if I wanted to " keep or donate". Ended up with 5 bags of garbage and 16 bags for donation, plus about $500 worth of clothing with tags on it to return, and several purses taken to a consignment store. ( hey, every little bit helps.) It took a total of 6 hours. Totally worth it!! Beth worked the whole time. And did the final organizing and folding and hanging and rearranging. She made great suggestions on how and where and why to store things in certain places. The room looks so great now, clutter free and clean and fresh. So easy to find what I am looking for. I can't wait to use her on my next project, probably the "guest room" or the kitchen and pantry. Awesome lady, awesome concept and awesome job!!

And wouldn't you know it, I got a call from Avi at 8:30 on the dot telling me he would be there in 30 minutes which he most certainly did. He showed up and in no time assessed the situation and went right to work my springs and cables broke. He dove right in and fixed everything after giving me 3 options repair, replace parts or replace door with a free opener as well. Financially I couldn't do the replacement at this time so I decided to go with option 2. He fixed everything and adjusted my old opener and lined everything. I was pretty embarrassed by my garages current state, I had my project truck and a whole bunch of other crap in there and was afraid that I would have to move everything out. He without batting an eye worked around all the junk. I would definitely call this team my heroes and will be only dealing with them when it comes time to replace my door.
