He was so prompt in coming over and looking at the project the same day I reached out to him for information. He was there bright and early on the day he promised and transformed the lawn and bushes area that were so overgrown into a wonderful eye pleasing masterpiece! his pricing was extremely reasonable and his crew cleaned up so nicely after themselves they even took things that were there from before that weren't from their project. I could not say more great things about this company. I cannot wait to use them again next time I have any lawn landscaping needs

The crew was timely, thorough, and thoughtful. They were careful around my existing spring flowers and garden fixtures, and went above and beyond by weeding my vegetable garden and picking up branches and sticks throughout the yard to prep for mowing next week. Everything was cleaned up beautifully at the end of the day -- the property looks tidy and refreshed. The value for the price quoted is outstanding. I'm really happy with the work and looking forward to continuing this partnership with KD Landscaping through the spring, summer, and fall. Highly recommend!

During the job, their crew pushed several feet of snow directly behind my parked car, completely blocking me in. When I calmly asked if the snow could be moved so I could leave my home, I was told to get my keys so they could move my car. I explained that the car could not be moved at all because it was surrounded by the snow they had placed behind it. Despite this, the snow was not moved. One worker said they would take care of it, but the crew then left in a hurry without fixing the issue. Before leaving, I was spoken to in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. I did not raise my voice at any point. I understand that snow removal is challenging work, but blocking someone's vehicle and refusing to correct it is unacceptable. I'm leaving this review so others are aware and so this does not happen to someone else.

I came here to write about how far this company has fallen in quality and have found a lot of…read morereviews saying the same thing. It's sad really. Ultimately, ACA was once considered the best bang-for-your-buck yard-work service that you paid a little more for than the budget priced guys but got really quality work. Over the last few years, they've increased their prices exponentially and decreased their quality. I recognize the prices of things have gone up in recent years but there's no excuse for the terrible service. I scheduled them for a (over-priced) yard clean-up with 5 yards of mulch. Their office location repeatedly rescheduled it without informing us and I had to hound them to get answers about the availability. Eventually, the person I was speaking with even admitted they had no clue when they'd come out. Terrible communication / management that impacted what day my wife would go into the office that week. The actual work done was sub-par as well. Three folks showed up and made a really poor effort to remove weeds, leaving a ton behind, and then sloppily threw mulch on top of them, scattering it all over my yard as well. What a pain the next time a mowed the lawn! They tore out three completely healthy rosemary bushes that I used on a regular basis and completely mangled a rose bush that was a gift from my wife's grandfather before he passed away. The edging was poor and sloppy and they didn't ask anything of us. Ultimately, they got the job done and they did it on a short timeline because of rain last week having pushed the date and that's the primary reason why they got 2 stars instead of 1; but I don't know that I'll ever use them again.
