I asked a simple question and instead of helping, she acted annoyed, talked to me like I was bothering her, and made me feel uncomfortable for even asking for help. No greeting, no effort to be polite, no attempt to be helpful -- just straight-up disrespectful behavior. Customer service is literally the job, and if someone clearly doesn't want to deal with customers, they shouldn't be working the front counter. I won't be coming back to this location and I definitely don't recommend it to anyone who expects basic courtesy and professionalism. Very disappointing experience.

When inside and speaking with the staff, you begin to feel like they are annoyed of you being there. Customer service is lacking and evident. I had a simple request to ask if they had any tire chains in stock and it resulted in an attitude from 2 male employees from what I assume was because they didn't want to check their inventory in the back. All in all, after them not wanting to look up my car in their system or assist in getting the right ones, I felt they could have handled the conversation piece in a better manner. (The first place we went to did not want to get wet.) We got there and were helped quickly, and the employee who installed the battery was very kind. This place will also recycle used oil and batteries, test for "check engine light" for free, loan specialty tools and install wiper blades for free. AND they offer curbside pickup.
