Turns out I had nothing to fear. They actually fixed my car on the spot in about twenty minutes and I was charged $40 for the work I requested and they even took care of another issue while they were at it. Also chose this one because they are in business long, and are certified in all different mechanics. Anyways walked in here with my dad, and both the female and male who was the owner, were very nice and answered my dads questions. The reason why we didn't ultimately bring the car here is because of an insurance issue, as progressive didn't list them after we filed our claim and wanted an estimate which involved a vehicle inspection in which we did for the claim. Despite their website saying that they accept most insurances. But doesn't rule them out completely, maybe well use them for non insurance work if needed or for something else!

Another awesome job by Rob's Auto Body…read more This is the third time we have had to use a body shop in 3 years. This time on my '24 RAM Rebel. It was backed into and the front bumper was damaged. Rob's gave me a reasonable estimate to have it re-powder coated. But found out after they removed it, the Powder Coater could not re-create the texture. So Rob's ordered a new number for it. The cost of the new bumper was very close to the repair, so it was ordered and installed. I am very pleased with the quality of the repair. And they returned my truck to me cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. The staff is pleasant and professional. And they kept me up to speed on the repair by contacting me regularly. JR was my Service Writer, and did an excellent job. Like I said earlier, this is the 3rd time we have had to use them for our vehicles in 3 years. What is now pissing me off is that about 4 weeks ago I went to the car wash sud stop in NMB and the one panel came off my van. The screws had snapped and whatever glue he used didn't hold. I tried to get sud stop to pay to repair it but they refuse now I have to go back to mycos to figure out how to get this fixed AGAIN. It's also now all scratched up from the car wash when it wasn't scratched at all since it was a new panel. It's not an aftermarket piece. But sudstop is saying it is and refused to even do anything!!!

The owner called and kept me updated . He also let me know of an upcoming oil change , he never pressured me to do it just let me know if I wanted to get it done he could do it then or schedule an appointment when it was due.
