This place saw my car and said, my car is a newer model and there machines were old. They referred me to this spot. I rolled up and all the mechanics were sitting in the office. No one seemed enthused to have a customer. One guy reluctantly listened to what I was there for and asked for my keys. He didn't explain what he was doing or what my options were, just took the car into their garage. The shop is huge with lots of bays and from my limited knowledge of cars, it looked like they had the right tools and machines for any jobs. They pulled my car onto a lift, raised it up and did diagnostic work and then started working on my car. Still no word on what work was being done or what problems they saw. At this point I was invested and too late to back out. I watched as they worked and I trust they did what I asked for. They pulled my car out and the guy working on my car walked right past me and still didn't speak a word. The original person I started with just muttered a price and stood watching TV. I paid, they gave me a sheet showing the alignment fixes, not explaining what I was looking at. I took that as my sign to go. Overall, I think I got my problem fixed and at a reasonable price at that. I think. For that I won't give them one star. I will take my business elsewhere.
