You need the optimal conditions and I valued that he made sure that the weather was perfect for my first time practicing flying my drone. My husband got me a drone about three years ago for my birthday or Christmas. It was just poor timing on his part because he gave it to me the same year we had a baby. I guess he didn't figure that having a baby would take up 100% of your time and leave no time for drone flying. Well she's three now and a lot more independent so we decided to open our drone box. Lesson #1: don't be like me and open your box three years later. We had a few batteries that wouldn't charge up because it was sitting idle for so long. Alex gave me some good recommendations of what to do and who I could possible take the batteries to check them out. I met Alex at Kawainui Model Airplane Field. I have never been there but it was a great place to learn. It was a wide open area perfect for people who are just learning. Just in case they don't know how to move their controls. Alex was a good instructor. He told me about the rules of flying and how to be cognizant of the environment around before flying. He had me do several tries of the different controls. It was a little confusing at first but he was patient. I didn't get it but he helped me understand it better by putting it into analogies. Then I kept thinking of the analogy to help me remember the controls. I learned how to control it in all directions and take a selfie. I'm glad that I took this course. My husband was super excited that I finally got to use my drone. So I showed him what I learned in class and he's hooked too. Thanks Alex for the great lesson!

I came across an ad on Facebook's Military Buy, Sell, & Trade. I liked the portfolio shown and reached out to Alexey to inquire on pricing and scheduling details. Response time was very quick and professional and pricing was very reasonable. *Note: A deposit will need to be put down.* Honestly I think more people in the service industry should do this. Think about it, it's their livelihood and if you cancel they missed on having someone one else in that slot. Alexey was so helpful in giving ideas for locations and best places/timing to capture my kiddos. We scheduled on a Friday for that Monday. A quick turn around and I was super excited yet cautious just not knowing much feedback for this photographer. I did keep my faith and it paid off! :) Alexey was prompt and sooooooo easy to work with! He was very patient with the kids, was accepting to my ideas and yet some wonderful ones of his own. He took the time to give me a wide variety to choose from and get the kids in raw moments as well as "staged." We had a great time doing the shoot, tons of giggles and smiles. Alexey was SUPER quick to turn around the images for me to choose for edit, like 24 hours or less quick. There were over 500 images to go through, picking just 10-15 was no easy task. I couldn't be more grateful for that many pictures though, he really took a lot of time for a great deal! I ended up choosing a bit more than the 15 for the extra fee and it was sooo worth it, still such a bargain! The edited photos came back quickly, and the fortunate part, due to the great job the first go around, no edits were really needed. The photos are all throughout my house and up to date, finally! do not I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER WHAT! this guy took the most horrendous photos ever! my…read moremother was at the event and she took much better pictures with her iPhone 14 pro then he did. i had asked him for a good spot to propose to in Oahu and he gave me a spots name so on the day of the event i went there and started setting up. by the time the set up was done it was already 7 and the sun was setting. he shows up with his camera (when I say camera I mean just a single camera, not even a single light.) and tells us that he has enough light and for us not to worry. Our spot was on the sand facing the ocean keep in mind by 7:30 it's pitch dark and you can't see ANYTHING! i expected for him to tell me hey this is not enough light these pictures will come out horribllets move in front of the hotel where there's light but nope nothing! He started taking pictures (none stop click clickclick )my first real red flag was when he asked us to do a pose which we used to do for PROM!!!!! But Ifigured maybethats his thing so I just ignored it. he gave us no guidance as how to pose where to pose or didn't bother even moving around to take different angle pictures. He stood there taking one pic after another without and communication and after 10 min he handed me a a memory stick and said bye. THIS DUDE DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO EDIT THE PICTURES OR EVEN LOOOK AT THEM ONCE TOSEE IF HEEVEN GOT ANYTHING GOOD. When me and my finance looked at the pictures, she started crying so I knew that I'll have to redo the whole thing just so we can get some pictures for memory and for family. We ended up having to set up the whole thing all over again the following day and I could not afford another photographer since I had already paid him 300$ so we had my mother take pictures of us which came out 10x better than the bs pictures he took. I'll post the pictures here so you can be the judge. The pictures in the night were taken by him the day time pictures were by ourselves. so if you want your future wife to cry and he heart broken then go head and hire him. also when I brought it up to him. We rented Picture This! Photo Booth for our wedding reception in Hawai'i and they were fantastic!…read more The people I worked with were helpful over the phone and email. The day or two before the wedding, a technician contacted me to confirm the final details of where they were to set up and what time to start the actual picture taking. On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry at all; everything was in place and the guests loved it! The attendant was there at all times to make sure things went smoothly and to keep the props all organized. Unlike other photo booths, Picture This! utilizes an "arcade-style" box (with simple touchscreen options) that only has to be placed on top of a table near an electric outlet. The great advantage of this is that the space is not constrained to the dimensions of a typical photo booth, where everyone would have to squeeze in to a tight space. In one of our group photos, we had 15 people in it! If we wanted more, could've just pushed the photo booth a bit further back. The printed photos come out as a 2 x 2 grid, with customized text on the side (which the renter of the photo booth decides on ahead of time). I received a copy of all the digital photos on a USB drive within less than 2 weeks (note that I live on the mainland so it'll probably be shorter if you live in Hawai'i). The USB also included individual photos, apart from the grid, which is an awesome option in case you have a favorite out of the bunch. All of the pictures were of very high quality. I highly recommend this company!
