When talking with Carla's A Classic Design, what stuck with me was that right away they showed genuine excitement and great vision around the possibilities. And they were firm, but polite, about the existing design elements that had to go. The renovation included a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a mud room. Angie and team asked me a lot of questions about my tastes, listened to my ideas and brought back a vision that was awesome! They did such a great job of ensuring the design was something that I would love. The shop provides full-service framing that is complemented by Coreen's artistic talents and expert advice. We presented Coreen with a simple drawing made by our daughter nearly 30 years ago. Although folded with a minor tear, Ms. Reynolds took the task very seriously. She provided advice on matting, framing, and the covering glass. She came to my house, got an idea for our style and what we wanted (I had never purchased carpet in my life), and spent over an hour with me in the carpet store, walking on carpet, touching it, looking at it in overhead lighting versus natural lighting, etc... she sat with me the whole time to be sure I was happy with it - then came by after it was installed to check it out!
