I walk in grab a mortar mixer for my job site. I'm told to fill it up on the way back for a cheaper charge (not a problem with that) come to find out at the job site, the tank hadn't even been filled from the rental equipment center, mind you the belts couldn't mix 2 bags of material (50lbs) in a 9 cubic mortar mixer... (that's a lot) Ended up needing the P.O.S. longer than the 4 hours requested on the contract due to it's a inability to mix. Costing my job more money, I walk back in a little upset to return the machine. I mentioned that the belts were loose and there was no gas in the tank when I got it. Asked if he could maybe shoot me down from the 9 hours it was out. But no, Andrew Decided to argue with me and tell me today is not the day and that they have mechanics to fix problems out in the field." ( I'm supposed to stop a concrete mix and wait for someone to come attempt to fix a machine ) ? After a few more words were shared, he ended up fixing the problem but all and all this guys attitude sucks. I've been away from my family for 2 weeks doing jobs. Everyone's got something, I get it! but to get this response from a professional behind a desk is a joke. May your day bring you peace. Hope this helped you pick a new equipment rental

The FACTS for the Seneca…read morelocation: 3/30/26: called and spoke with someone about getting my Toro 30 inch Timemaster for an annual service. The person stated they could get it pretty quick since is was just a basic service, especially the mower was brand new this past July. 4/02/26: Brought the Toro around 2pm for the service. Asked again about the length of repair and again, it was shared that it should be a few days for the basic (oil, gas, sharpen blades, etc) service. Agreed that it should be completed by mid next week. 4/09/26. Called and talked with someone on their counter and they said they didn't see it ready, but would check on it and let me know asap. 4/11/26: after not reaching anyone about my mower, I drove to their business and was actually trying to find my mower. A person (this was who told me later that he was the General Manager) looked for it, couldn't find it and decided to check the system. He said my mower was dropped off on 4/9 - just two days ago - and it will take anywhere from 10-14 days to repair it. I stated it was dropped off on 4/2, not 4/9..which the GM argued with me on the facts. Given that, decided to just take my mower elsewhere. after the GM helped me load the mower in my truck, it was then the GM told me that he was upset with me calling him a liar. Would NEVER say that and call me done with this company...forever.

    I don't recommend this place to no one the employee behind the counter a gentleman probably in his…read morethirties forties very disrespectful or professional I came there todayRenato dolly and I put my credit card on there with the to pay for the rental plus a deposit so when we returned it I'll send there's a problem in giving me my deposit back the employee was very hot headed and trying to come around the counter to have words with me and very disrespectful because I stated to him that in their contract it does not state that they could not give me my money back as a deposit that therefore it has to be in their contract and the way they were acting this ain't the first time they try to give people credit it may have worked in the past but consumer beware they're very unprofessional and instead of trying to give me my money back I had to push the point about talking to the better Business bureau about this company and then they decide they're going to write me out a check tomorrow that's all I'm going to pick up my check tomorrow from now for the amount of $70 they were going to give you the runaround so you all be careful what you sign and stick to the fact because this place is unprofessional and they have no reason to be in business I'm a business owner myself this was totally on call for what they did to me so now I'm wasting another trip to go pick up my deposit because they couldn't just give me my money they have to write a check but they have refused at first because they couldn't put the money back on my card they were pushing the issue of me having credit in their store and I as a business no owner also knows that they will get stuff wholesale and Mark it up so therefore I would lose in the long run because I wouldn't have got my full money refund back I will never deal with that place again I will pick up my check tomorrow but I don't suggest anybody else go there thank you God bless you all hope this helps with the the rudeness and the unprofessional of this place and that they will try to keep your money and try to give you store credit out and this day and age the average consumer they need their money as much as possible just like everybody else in a binding contract you sign does not State anywhere on their paperwork that you can't pay with a prepaid card and that if you can't give it back to you there's no you will only get store credit and so I had to push the issue with that and so now they're writing me a check for tomorrow so you all whoever deals with them you all be very careful

I was never turned down from another vendor because we always would go Asheville Rental you can tell it has new management since we have done business there. the manager and some of the staff were rude and not helpful. I really should have read the reviews 2. They never called and pleaded with me to cancel the outing. The next time I heard from them was on Thursday when they came to set up that was to tell the installers to take the tent down 3. When it came to the inflatables we had to drop cords available one orange and one yellow three prong cords. They never used them because it took a while to take down the tent. the inflatables were put in place but they never inflated then. 4. On Saturday they showed up to set up the equipment. We had no power limbs all over the ground and puddles of water everywhere. 5. I told them there was no way the we could have the gathering due to the conditions stated. 6. As for the inflatables I cannot control what God has in store for. us. it was his will for the hurricane to come and it did. if the inflata led were ruined it was not my fault. 7. As for as him being there he was not. We went on a Monday we saw the MANAGER. SHE WAS IN AND SHE WAS RUDE. She told us we had been serviced before and the Saturday when they came out 8. We did not threathen to to a lawyer which is a good idea I am not going to give them the satisfaction of lying their way out of this situation If you read the reviews i feel that you would know who is lying Now that i have the truth out you can do with it what you may You really are not worth the bother of worrying about the lies you told WWJD
