I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot that had highly illegal levels of tint that made it dangerous to see when driving at night. So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour. Stopped in today to undercoat my brand new 2023 GMC sierra. Undercoat job was a lil too good,…read morebecause they over sprayed all 4 rims and tires, my exhaust, shocks, spare tire, scuffed my paint, over sprayed all the chrome running boards, over sprayed the mud flaps, over sprayed my paint. Very unsatisfied with the quality of work that was done. They had my truck all day to complete the work but you'd think they would take the time to do it correctly. I got a hack job for what I paid. They should've done the work correctly by removing tires or masking them, exhaust should've been masked to prevent over spray, chrome should've been masked to prevent over spray, spare tire should've been lowered and removed. Horrible experience, horrible workmanship. I was given a bottle of quick remover and told to take care of it myself and let them know how it goes. Horrible customer service. Will never recommend or go here ever again.
