He even admitted to running cyclists off the road because they should be on the trail! I'll try to attach a photo of the conversation so you can see it. Unsafe and rude m. The driver of the unit that's in the posted photo was unprofessional by parking directly in front of a ramp, blocking access. When spoken to, he was disrespectful, rude and obnoxious. He obviously doesn't understand customer service. When working in a public-facing position, everybody is a potential client/customer. Based on my interaction with him, I would NEVER use or recommend this company. He is the face of the company. If he's the owner, that makes the problem bigger. We needed to be at the airport by 4:50am for our 6:10am flight, picked us up right on time at the resort at 4:20am as requested. There was no wait time on the phone when I called. I didn't have to leave a message like all the other taxi companies which was very annoying. Had a very nice gentleman pick up the phone immediately and ask where we needed the cab. I usually pick Uber or Lyft but since we were going so early in the morning they are not as reliable. Thank you so much for the awesome Taxi service and I would highly recommend this taxi company to anyone in Orlando! :)

Called for an 8:15am pickup and the driver was not just prompt, but early. Chester drove my 5friends and I from our resort to Hollywood Studios this morning. Chester was polite, opening doors and putting down a seat for easy access (we took a mini van to fit us). His rate was fair, $20 flat. Later we called for a pickup from Epcot, about 30 minutes before we were ready to go, and he again was extremely efficient. He even explained where he'd pick us up. Heading home was the same flat rate too-no tricks or surcharge like uber. A++

At 550am we called Yellow Cab, due to car issues, needed a last minute taxi to Orlando airport for an important business trip. Spoke with Johnny Mac who asked how soon needed, when I explained he said he was sorry but due to the distance of drivers/airport/etc he didn't think they could get there in time. I thanked him and proceeded to review list of other taxi companies. I then received a text from Johnny letting me know if another Taxi co who might be able to get here sooner to help us. What a surprise and a blessing! I was able to call them and my husband did not miss his flight. MR. JOHNNY MAC is an awesome asset to Yellow Cab. His kindness even though he clearly was busy, did not go unnoticed. Even though we were unable to utilize Checker Cab I would recommend then! I texted Mr Mac to thank him for his kindness, not only did he apologize that he couldn't meet our needs this am, he offered a discount on our next ride. Customer Service at its finest!! Thanks Checker Cab and Mr. Mac!!
