It's a place where anyone regardless of their experience level can come and train. All of the coaches are knowledgeable and effective at teaching. They'll make sure you're doing the moves correctly. Coach Ed instructs the 5am class and provides thorough instruction for all levels while managing to keep things light with humorous analogies. Can you please get a replacement cycling coach with good music and not someone who plays sucky music? I think that ALL cycling instructors should take AJ's class before teaching killer cycle. I mean if her class is always booked, with a waitlist that never seems to go down, then she's doing something right! Especially when other cycling coaches only have 4-5 people who show up at their class.
