Rocking Italian subs!…read more Dominick's Deli well known for many items including the breaded chicken fingers. Rightfully so, the breaded fingers are definitely delicious! I do believe the chicken is brined to keep it moist and the hint of sweet is part of their secret. Every time I visit I have to get the Broadway, which is a cutlet with prosciutto and mozzarella. It also included as part of their GOAT combo which includes a small pint of chicken fingers. The GAGA with avocado is also quite awesome. The staff move fast and the ship is tight. Lunch time is pretty crowded unless you order ahead so plan accordingly!

He and his staff gave us food to sample, which consisted of different types of pizza, margarita, grandma, vegetable, sausage and broccoli rabe, to name a few, see pics. Also cheese, Soppressata, bruschetta, chicken wings, pasta primavera and coffee and cappuccino for the ones I can remember. The food just kept coming out. All the food tasted great!! I was there for a while, could not taste everything, I was getting very full. I could see Ray's heart is in his Italian Deli and Market which makes a great combo for success. This is a great addition to the community to have such a wonderful establishment to go grab a bite to eat or a full dinner. Looking forward to return to try some other items.

Since no one was manning the pizza, I ordered by the main register, who then summoned a young boy. I asked for the slice to be well done. My slice arrived warm at best, oily (see pic), and the crust was not firm and crispy. It was extremely mild tasting. The knots were disappointing, looked better than they tasted. They were cold, doughy and dry, without much garlic flavor. Always happy to see a new local place. Food 2.5 stars Service 3 stars Ambience 3 stars (it's a deli that serves pizza)

The cheesesteak at Belmont Deli &Grill strikes a nice balance between classic and elevated comfort…read more The thinly sliced beef is cooked hot on the griddle, giving it a lightly caramelized edge and a juicy interior. Melted cheese blankets the meat and onions, the roll is sufficiently toasted without being overly hard, and what really sets this version apart is the swirl of barbecue sauce: it brings a sweet‑smoky contrast that lifts the whole sandwich rather than overwhelms it. If you're open to a twist on the usual Philly style--cheese, steak, roll--but want something with a bit more character, the BBQ‑sauced version here hits that note. Always great service and definitely worth the visit.

I couldn't believe this deception!! So the following day I went back to the market with my photos and was directed to the manager, Mike, whom was on the phone. I said I Need ed to talk to him and he says you can talk to me while I'm on the phone!! My sister says to him when you get off the phone. He proceeded to tell her he can be on the phone if he wants and don't tell him what to do!! I was astonished that a person with his position would talk to a customer like that. That happened, and then he says to me I'll give you $10.00 back since you already ate it! Mike, you a nasty person and should find another line of work!! You definitely do not belong in customer service. Shame on you!! Needless to say we will not be patronizing the village market any longer.
