I placed an order with Jiperior Print a few days ago. I understand this is an online printer with inexpensive pricing, but I would expect to be able to reach someone live to confirm the details of my order. Not only have I sent several emails, requesting someone to call me to ensure my instructions were understood correctly, but I have also called multiple times. Each time, the phone rang for several minutes before disconnecting. I must say that I feel very uncomfortable dealing with a company that does not respond to customer requests, does not have a receptionist to answer phones, and does not even have a phone answering system on which to leave a message. The company does, however, take customers' money with ease.
I have dealt with other online printers and have never encountered this issue before. In fact, one online printer I've worked with assigns a service team to customers and has someone on the team to call you to confirm details of the project.
The reason why I decided to go with Jiperior Print is because they offered a standard accordion fold brochure that fit the size and specifications of our client project.
I have never written a bad review on Yelp before, but felt inclined to do so today. I feel helpless with no other recourse as there is no way to reach a real, live person during regular business hours, only automated email responses and "offline" chat boxes with the message "Sorry, we are offline, but if you leave your message and contact details, we will get back to you as soon as possible :-)"
I fault myself for not calling Jiperior Print ahead of time before placing and paying for my order. I now question the legitimacy of this business and would say to yelp users, "you get what you pay for..." read more
