My 91 year old mother who loves her morning paper ordered the Worcester telegram for her new home. The paper Has never come. After many, many phone calls I finally got a human being in customer service. In an Off shore office as they stated, not in the US. They told me there is no paper because there is no currier in this area. BUT had billed my mother anyway thru August, knowing she'd never receive a paper. Disgraceful to deceive a 91 year old women. Fraudulent probably! read more

Beware of this newspaper. They will sign you up, pre-paid for a year, raise the price, and shortchange your subscription. Then, they will continue to deliver after you tell them to stop. And then they will bill you for something you didn't want. A total scam read more

I placed an order with Jiperior Print a few days ago. Not only have I sent several emails, requesting someone to call me to ensure my instructions were understood correctly, but I have also called multiple times. Each time, the phone rang for several minutes before disconnecting. I must say that I feel very uncomfortable dealing with a company that does not respond to customer requests, does not have a receptionist to answer phones, and does not even have a phone answering system on which to leave a message. The company does, however, take customers' money with ease. I have dealt with other online printers and have never encountered this issue before. In fact, one online printer I've worked with assigns a service team to customers and has someone on the team to call you to confirm details of the project. The reason why I decided to go with Jiperior Print is because they offered a standard accordion fold brochure that fit the size and specifications of our client project. I have never written a bad review on Yelp before, but felt inclined to do so today. I feel helpless with no other recourse as there is no way to reach a real, live person during regular business hours, only automated email responses and "offline" chat boxes with the message "Sorry, we are offline, but if you leave your message and contact details, we will get back to you as soon as possible :-)" I fault myself for not calling Jiperior Print ahead of time before placing and paying for my order. I now question the legitimacy of this business and would say to yelp users, "you get what you pay for..."

The address for this business is wrong. They're now on Main Street in nice quarters marred only by…read morenaming one room after a political hack. Staff are friendly at the headquarters building, less so at the legislative building where they film government meetings and seem beholden to the city administration which gave them an award. It's great to have options to watch livestream or video demand for those who don't have cable TV. I do wonder about their long-term sustainability since they're funded by cable taxes and more and more people are ditching cable.
