I could build my own website and save so much money, right? I couldn't have been more wrong. Not only did I waste a ton of time "trying" to make it look the way I wanted it to, but I was loosing clients and online advertising dollars that I had spent. Needless to say I was frustrated. Then my good friend Jodi told me that she had friend who owned an advertising firm in Leominster and that I should stop in and see her. I was reluctant, again because I thought I could do this on my own. I visited the studio of Kreative Dezign and WOW. It was so nice, impeccably decorated and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Now, lets fast forward 16 working days. I have an amazing logo, business cards, hand outs and website. For real, Kelly is a master at what she does and she can just pull ideas out of thin air. Gives a verbal dollar amount and when you go to pick it up the price is suddenly much higher than previously discussed! Very unprofessional. Extremely disappointing! It's 2015- give your customers a receipt! And get a printer so you can print receipts! Don't be fooled! There are no honest people anymore, get everything in writing with an itemized receipt!
