She did mediocre, and didn't capture very many couples pics nor family pics. (So glad I had relatives and friends who brought cameras. Most took better pics than the paid photographer, but I didn't pay them, I paid Kindred Souls for quality pics). She kinda rushed through our main pics and all the outdoor pics are hideous. Amber stated though she couldn't shoot my wedding, she'd do the editing, but she was sooo hard to get a hold of regarding status of my prints and just communication PERIOD! My wedding was in September and I didn't get my photos till mid December. I'd say I'm patient, but 4 months is ridiculous. When I sent my favorites back to her for editing I advised her they were not the clearest they could be and were too dark and to reedit. Here we are at the end of February and I still haven't heard back from Amber. Truly UNprofessional, poor customer service and a bad look on this business.
