This place is one of the only places left that bulk bill (yay for bulk billing) which means that you don't have to pay anything when you see the GPs here, just swipe your medicare card and the charges will whisk off to a department in the government arena. The receptionists here are always lovely, polite and respectful and when I first started coming here, the waiting period wasn't very long (excellent!) out of my 2 doctors I saw Dr Sandy Liu and Dr Damodhar, I can still get an appointment with Sandy but I always have to wait for the other doctor, so i'm guessing he's done such a good job he is always busy. Which is a pity because I liked him better. This place is right around the corner from Rowdy Rascals so if you do have to wait and have kids, you can always take the kids there! Hoorah! I have been going to this medical practice for years and why shouldn't I if I'm happy heathy and well taken care of by the kind Doctors here. I usually see my regular doctor here, however, on some occasions where schedules and times clash, I've had to see other doctors at this practice. All of them professional and really easy to talk to, which is one of the things I most like here. For medical things especially, it's important for me to feel comfortable with the Doctor, which I do at Jindalee Care Medical Practice. The waiting time is never too long as they keep with schedule pretty good. When you do wait though, there is always a range of old and new magazines to pick from. Also as you wait you can have a browse through the chemist which is conveniently accessible as the two are connected. The ladies are reception are lovely and helpful and all the doctors here are top notch! read more

The only reason I would suggest going to this practice is if you cannot get in anywhere else and are desperate. I have had bad experiences more than once. Do not see Dr Sandy Lui, I told her I was concerned about my toe, she looked at it while standing, said she couldn't see anything and told me I had rubbed it on shoes. Turns out it was a potentially cancerous growth that I needed removed. read more

I am truly appalled by the lack of service and treatment I received here this week, on the first occasion I came here and asked the receptionist how far behind roughly was the doctor and she said she was 30 minutes behind, once I filled out my paperwork which took 5 minutes she then said she's 15 minutes behind since I arrived on time I decided to wait, but to no surprise I waited there for over an hour. Once I was with Dr Rumma De I had to explain to her about my eye condition, which she had no idea what it was. I must say this is a first I've had to explain a medical condition to a doctor. Four days later I phoned up asking for another doctor as the other doctor I had is too slow, I asked the receptionist if I needed a long appointment as I wanted a general health checkup, she replied "No you don't, she is running on time today and has a bit of spare time after your appointment." No surprise once again I arrive on time and I'm still waiting there for another hour, as soon as I'm called in, Dr Jessica Legrand finds it really strange I've been waiting for over an hour when other people have came in after me and she's served them before me. Once again I'm having to explain a simple eye condition to another doctor that has no idea what she's doing, as soon as she was done looking at my eye, she then hurries me to get out the door because she's running behind and has other patients to serve, I say to her "I phoned up asking for a general health check up and I'm not leaving here until I get one, I've waited long enough in the waiting room, it's not my fault you guys are running behind and overbook your schedule." Her reply was "oh come on it's Friday afternoon I have other patients that I need to get through." As she quickly took my blood pressure she didn't even ask if I have any concerns or problems. Which I do have medical problems that needed attention. Long story short, this practice needs to get some better organisational skills and to hire some doctors that actually care, I can't believe it is legal for any doctor to behave this way. If this place wasn't bulk billed it would soon go under. I hope anyone looking for a doctor has a chance to read this review and think twice before going here. read more
