Jin Long is a bit hidden away, but maybe that makes it more interesting? I get the impression it is just a bit less expensive than the big Asian supermarket in Brussels centre, but I didn't do a direct price comparison of some products yet. Although it is a bit smaller, I did find some Philippine products I hadn't been able to find anywhere else so far. Nice collection of Asian products. I decided to challenge myself to cook an whole Chinese New Year Feast for me and my girlfriend with some online recipes. I found almost all the material I need in this supermarket, even some kitchen utilities. It is larger than the ones at the centre, maybe cheaper? I didn't really compare the detailed prices. My favourite Chinese supermarket in Brussels. Smaller than Kam Yuen and more orientated to a mainly Chinese clientele, with less products from other Asian countries (like Korea, etc). It supprisingly offers lots of specific regional Chinese products, that are unfindable in other Asian supermarkets (f.e. Sichuan yacai). Most products are also a few cent cheaper than in Kam Yuen. The shopkeepers are a lot friendlier than those of Kam Yuen and are able to answer your questions in four languages: Dutch, French, English and ... Chinese. read more
