The rice is that "good good," where they use the ham spare rib and make it really eggy with lots of veggies. The egg roll had quite a sizeable girth in terms of egg rolls, and wasn't dried out, like most. We also got small egg drop and hot-sour soups. My husband admired his "large chunks of tofu" in his hot and sour, but apparently, that's how he prefers it. My egg drop was delish. It was your usual, but done correctly. Some of the other places in Sumter like to put the whole salt lick in the pot or make it a strange hue of yellow-orange, but not China Chef. Needless to say, we've found our spot for typical, yet delicious Chinese American food. Boom.
