I don't know what the people leaving positive reviews do to get great service but IMO its beware of service. My 79 year old fathers old car broke down, the front tire started coming off and he pulled of the road into a driveway. He had my mom pick him and the next day they found the car was being towed. There was NO DAMAGE to the car other than the wheel before being towed. My mom seen the car when she picked him up. I seen the car the day before that. After the car was loaded off the flatbed the entire front quarter panel and hood is buckled inwards and falling off. There is major body damage. I would get another company if you possibly can. He also charged them 245 dollars for a tow. read more

we have a diesel 2500. it wouldn't start because of the cold. it just needed jumped off. the guy came a refused to help us because it was a diesel. we had to jump through all sorts of hoops to find someone to jump us off. it was an easy job. I can not believe that guy was so rude and refused to help us. I do not recommend this company at all. if I could give a zero star review it would be. read more

Beware I I called and asked if they could check and see if my car would start and run and if it was driveable the man said give him a little while he would call me back and let me know so a half hour later he called me back and said started up just fine was running good so I show up to get it and pay the $300 to get it out and it won't even turn over it's completely dead the man lied to me to steal part of my SSI check , the car was running the ditch by my son read more

Don't use this service. This guy was rude and lied about the body shop that State farm wanted the car towed to being closed. Actually they were open. Tried everything he could to tow the car back to his lot so he could collect storage fees. AAA sent this guy, but they should stop using them. read more

I called AAA due to my car would not start in store parking lot and they sent Jim's towing, he jumped my battery and said I needed a new battery and to follow him to his shop, I was hesitant, but followed him to his shop and he put in a new battery for me and saved me from having to figure out what I would do when I got home knowing I needed a battery, luck was watching out for me that day when Jim's towing showed up, he was very polite and helpful and just an all around nice man. read more

There is only one other review for this place and it's 100% accurate from what I've seen so far. I called the guy to ask if he had my car because the person who wrecked it didn't get the towing information. He sounded either half asleep or half drunk and was very short and snappy. I asked him to tow it to the body shop I chose (also through state farm) and he said "well I can tell ya right now they ain't gonna fix it." Obviously, I'm well aware it's totaled but I have to follow the insurance companies rules. I originally had a 1 star review but I did change it to 2 because he got the car over to the body shop almost immediately after I called. The worst! My son got into an accident. I called AAA to have my car towed. Well about 10 mins later Jim's towing shows up. I was thinking the whole time that AAA called him. No the police called him and the driver never introduced himself never said he was not called by AAA. Charged me for clean up of the crash which the police officer did. Than he took my car 5 miles down the road. They are never open at night or on weekend so you pay a storage fee. So to have my sons car towed and stored for 5 days they charged me $600. For what? the car is not worth that. He never told me of these until I picked it up! at the time of an accident you don't think if he uses a flatbread truck(which he chose to bring) you would be charged an extra $100. this is Bull and I would never use this company again!!!! Note to self and all my family and friends never use them and wait for AAA. Ask lots of questions!!! read more
