Josh called within 24 hours, diagnosing the fault to a seized cooling fan for the compressor whose overheating failsafe kicked in and powered the compressor off. The replacement had to be sourced from out of state but arrived when promised and all is well. It would have been easy for an unnecessary compressor replacement to be 'required' (over $1000) where all that was called for was an inexpensive fan replacement for one quarter the cost. This is an honest family owned business - no upselling, no sales talk, just great expertise. Recommended without reservations.
