We pick up Jim's doubles specials ..2 large 3 topping 31 tax in...Best pizza the crust was very thick light fluffy crust and their sweet sauce is the best and it was just one of the best Pizzas I've had in a long time... we always ask for well done and it's never soggy. DO NOT EAT HERE! The only thing worse than their awful food, is their horrible customer service!! I have never once written a bad review in my life, but this experience has pushed me to warn others. THE FOOD: I ordered a pasta order for my staff team which was 12 pasta orders. We picked it up, and sat down to eat and it was absolutely disgusting! The meatballs were SOUR, those that got chicken said it was off/tasted funky and the lasagna had no beef, just layers of ham/spam. Every meal was covered in a layer of baked cheese that was thick and gross. Typically we would manage and just eat the pasta, but even the pasta noodles tasted so weird, they had been cooked and then frozen maybe? And the sauce was inedible. EVEN THE GARLIC BREAD WAS STALE AND GROSS. My staff team travels all over with me and will eat literally anything, but all 12 pastas were genuinely unpalatable and ended up in the garbage and some staff felt sick from the few bites they took. I felt awful and ended up having to rush out and buy new food for the staff team. THE SERVICE: I went back the restaurant later to express my disappointment and see what could be done. First, I stood at the front for over 10 minutes (in stifling heat of their restaurant) as they ignored me. Finally, I asked if I please speak to someone and a worker said "one minute", but then goes back to burning pizza and doesn't get anyone. A full 5-10 minutes later the other woman comes over and I express that the food was off and nobody could eat it, it tasted so odd and that we were worried it was expired. She said she's never heard that complaint and she couldn't help. When we asked for a manager, she said the manager wasn't there, then later she said that she was the manager, then later the manager was in the back, then later she said no he's not...what a mess!!! When I explained that I am not looking for a full refund, but some just type of discount (or even an apology for our bad experience). ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THAT I SPENT OVER $200 ON FOOD THAT ALL HAD TO GET THROWN OUT! I even explained that I had to buy a whole new dinner for my staff team and she said that there was nothing to be done because they gave us the food already. I was denied the manager or boss's phone number when I asked for his business card. I have genuinely never had such bad customer service in my life and a blatant lack of trying to make things right. SAFETY: Aside from the indoor area being extremely hot and most definitely unsafe working conditions, I could also see that the kitchen was absolutely FILTHY from top to bottom and that the staff had their covid masks on their chin the whole time, not covering their mouth or nose even as they cooked, cut pizzas and breathed all over the food and each other. WHAT?! By the time I gave up and left the restaurant, I smelled so badly of smoke for the rest of the day from being in there for 25 minutes. My husband and I popped into this restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner. He had the moussaka, I had the chicken parmigiana, and from our second bites, we both agreed this is a restaurant worth coming back to again and again. Not only was the food delicious, but the portions are so big that we couldn't finish our meals. Our server, Angel, was very friendly, and even though she was wearing a mask to adhere to COVID protocol, we could see her smile in her eyes and hear it in her voice. She did a great job of making sure we had an excellent dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody.o read more

Ordered delivery to our house, it's been almost an hour and a half and it still hasn't arrived. Usually good food but this is disappointing. Update: Food finally showed up and the Caesar salad was left on top of the hot food the hole time so it spoiled and they messed up the order BIG TIME! read more

Went for lunch and was immediately disappointed by the patronizing waitress. Soup was luke warm since it took over 15 minute to get it to me even though I was the only person in the entire place. The music was unbearably loud. And if you enjoy being on security camera while you eat, this is the place for you. Won't return. read more

Ordered a med combo and a med Santa Fe pizzas via skip the dishes. Order arrived very quickly. Well the crust was not cooked and still doughy. The taste was sickening, too sweet. Not sure of the spice but that was all my family could taste. We stomached one piece each of the combo but none of the Santa Fe. Tossed in the garbage. I had the chicken breast with cheese on top and spaghetti. It was quite good. Staff seemed depressed and bored, gossiped amongst themselves instead of dealing with customers. A bit gloomy but I may try it again. read more

Myself and nine friends met at Jim's Pizzaria for dinner before attending a show at the Empire. Almost everyone in the group had complaints about either the service or the quality of the food. Not all the meals came at the same time, with a large group like ours I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but some of us were nearly finished our meals when others were served. One girl received her entree before her soup. They only had flavoured coffee, which we all thought was extremely odd. What restaurant doesn't serve regular coffee? I won't go there again. read more

I recently purchased 12 deal nation coupons for 120 dollars. Each allowed me to get a large three topping pizza. I had been keeping track of which ones I was using and had used my seventh tonight when the owner called me to accuse me of being a thief and stealing pizza from him. He accused me of photo copying my coupons and ripping him off. I tried to explain that I had purchased twelve and he had admitted that I had only used seven but even though I had only used seven he was voiding the rest of the coupons because he suspected some were photocopied. Even if I had accidentally printed two that were the same the fact is that I still only used seven of my twelve and that I should be entitled to all twelve pizzas and he could take the duplicates out of the other coupons. He said I was a thief and he was voiding the rest. Which means he ripped me off 50 dollars. Not to mention falsely accusing me of stealing for what was likely an honest mistake and being extremely rude on the phone. I will never be purchasing food from here again. The food is not even very good and the pizza is often undercooked and lacking in flavour. The worst though is that they clearly do not value their customers. read more
