You know how it is when you have a horrible sinus cold and just can't taste anything? It doesn't…read morematter what it is, whatever you put into your mouth tastes like bland cardboard? Well that is Squareboys Pizza, Brighton Ontario, for you in a nutshell. Any time I order from here the pizza is soggy and just loaded with grease. The toppings are scarce and bland, and often there is barely enough cheese to cover the pie. I'm sorry to say, but its disgusting. To top it off, the management and employees are incredibly rude when you call to place an order. If you contact them with a complaint - they're even worse. One thing I will say is that they are very consistent... Unfortunately this isn't the type of consistency you want. Save your taste buds and your wallet and dont give this place the time of day. If you're in the Brighton area, head over to Vito's or The Smokehouse and thank me later.

We have ordered about 10 Pizza's since moving to the area this past summer. Our 1st couple of…read morepizzas were excellent. HOWEVER THINGS CHANGED. each time I ordered after that the pizza was either lacking the toppings I ordered, undercooked 2 times, missing ingredients a few more times and burn't the last time. The person who made the pizza apologized that she made the wrong pizza the last time but then it was burn't. Sad to say I have always left a generous tip hoping the next time they might remember me and make it a little better. No chance of that happening....I tried too many times. Anyway....save your money unless you like a pizza with lots of dough....very little cheese and even less toppings. The pizza will most likely be undercooked or burned on the bottom. On a trip in PEC with friends we stopped at this small diner in Wellington. We were originally here…read morefor breakfast however; it stops after 11 am. The diner has a cool 50s themes. They had records pasted all over the walls and a jukebox which unfortunately didn't work. Our server was super nice and very attentive. My girlfriend ordered the bacon grilled cheese and a poutine with shredded cheese. They also offered curds at an additional cost. She found the poutine flavorful even with the shredded cheese. The gravy was the highlight. The grilled cheese was just okay the bacon wasn't that crispy, and the bread was a little thick. I ordered the Calzone. It was stuffed with cheese, sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms with a side of marinara. Our server asked if I wanted it in garlic butter and I said sure! It was a great choice as when it was delivered it smelt like fresh garlic bread. The whole table was commenting on how great the smell of it. I ended up sharing my garlic bread bow that came on the side. The calzone was fantastic. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft and doughy on the inside. The filling was great. The sausage had good flavor and the cheese had a good pull. The marinara was great for dipping. It was definitely one of the better calzones I've had and a surprise coming from a small-town diner. I highly recommend Rock N Rogers for an inexpensive option in the town of Wellington. It's a cool little spot and the pizza is top notch. The group I was with also enjoy their food and the price!
