I recommend Affordable Door to friend because I had used them since 2003. After my friend let me…read moreknow it cost her $900.00 to replace two springs on an uninsulated 16' X 7' door, and sold her some kind of a warranty. I thought most people warranty their work without charging for it. I called AffordableDoor once I found out what they charged and asked for a quote to replace two door springs and they couldn't do that. The cost would be determined by service guy after he comes out to do the work, which is a terrible business strategy. I called other garage door repair shops and got quotes for $300.00 to $500.00 to replace two garage door springs. I also found out owners of Affordable Door now have only had this business maybe for 4 years they purchased it from the owner that was a good garage repair company, sorry it has changed . Any warranty they have probably won't be worth anything, because I doubt they be in business much longer.

He took a look at everything and it was my motor that I had heard because it had metal shavings in it and when he told me it was 1997, I knew it had a good run but it was time to replace it. Jesse was great and explained everything he was going to be doing, He had a a new motor in his van so he was in and got everything changed out, realigned and programmed in a couple of hours. I told them I was going to have Lowe's replace all the windows but no I'll have someone else finish the other windows.
