My wife and I recently had car trouble in Kenosha and needed a Sunday tow back to our home in Chicago. I was feeling very stressed and nervous after my car broke down. The man who came to tow my car out me right at ease, he was calm and very kind to me. He was supposed to drop it off at a place with a mailbox to drop the keys in, but after realizing that the place didn't really have a mailbox, he was kind enough to drop it off with a local mechanic that I am friends with. He even gave me advice on how to get my insurance to pay for the towing. If you are a young woman, who doesn't know much about cars, and are very nervous, this is the place to go! This business has unfortunately elected to hire some of the most unhinged, unsafe drivers I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Left us fearing for our lives as the driver went 25mph above the speed limit down the freeway, swerving between lanes, cutting in front of people with no use of turn signals and no regard for other drivers or the speed limit. Maybe the driver also works as an ambulance driver and forgot which job he was at. Just terrible and not a company you want to interact with following a traumatic experience with your vehicle. read more

My rental car acquired an extremely flat tire just before I entered the Wisconsin Memorial Park. Pressed for time and out of my current state of residency, I feared that I would be very late for my appointment. But instead of waiting 45 minutes, as AAA predicted, I met Jimmy of Jimmie's Towing within ten minutes of placing my distress call. Jimmy was delightfully pleasant and reassuring.
