    It is always a difficult decision to select flowers for a funeral service but especially difficult when you are choosing flower arrangements online and from another state. I can not speak highly enough about my experience with Jimmy's Flowers. They look exactly like the arrangement I selected online and are just stunning. The website was easy to navigate and the flowers were delivered a few hours before the service started. I received an email confirmation that they were delivered. You can not get better service than this.

    Was searching for a florists in Bountiful and Jimmys came up. Thought I'd give them a try and so glad I did! The arrangement I chose for my Mother in Law for Mothers Day was absolutely beautiful. Will definitely be my go to florist for any occasions going forward .

    I am so impressed with Jimmy's Flowers. I've been receiving huge monthly arrangements from this company, and lots of small deliveries each month, and all are exceptional and the staff is so kind and helpful when delivering, to bring them inside for me because they're too large to carry. I cannot recommend them enough! Such a beautiful experience.

    If you want your wedding flowers to impress- Use Jimmy's Flowers in Bountiful and request Rebecca Fisher as your floral designer! Rebecca was professional, punctual, and had a perfect vision of the vibe we wanted for our wedding. We had several designs she was asked to incorporate for the wedding and she completely nailed the vision! I have never seen such gorgeous floral in my life!!!! Classy and elegant! So thrilled with her creations! Five star! Way to go Jimmy's and sensational job Rebecca Fisher!

    Beautiful arrangement for my Aunts funeral. We were from out of town and trusted reviews for this florist. I am so glad we did!

The arrangement was gorgeous and full of beautiful flowers, the lily's filled the room with the prettiest floral smell. I also wanted to ask why my information had not been provided on the card I had asked to be completed. I was informed that it wasn't and wanted to know why your company would not think to ask? Also, to let your company know that DoorDash blamed your company and the driver and assumed no responsibility for the items never making it the intended recipient. I was shocked at the defensiveness of your employee! She wanted to shirk any responsibility. While DoorDash should ultimately be responsible pointed out that being aware of the issue which your employee was and stated if I wanted to get it there that I should have used your website that your company is still part of the problem by using DoorDash. Please note that I went off ratings here at yelp to determine a florist. I first found your shop and found it could be delivered through DoorDash. My question still remains how do you send personalized card when not given any info? Had I known that I would have picked them up and delivered myself. I felt you needed to know the problem in using a third party. Then for you to claim that this a first is laughable. I was informed this happens all the time from the hospital staff. I however apologize for my assumption that I thought I was speaking with the owner and noted it as such in my review and was instead speaking to your employee. I did say that I was going to write a review as my recourse so others can be aware of using DoorDash to get flowers to a recipient at a hospital since your employee noted there are no concerns in using DoorDash.

We knew generally what we wanted and they, Heather in particular, created the perfect arrangement meeting our every wish to honor this friend and let his family know they were in our thoughts.     Following a great deal of online research, I called to place an order for a funeral spray. After…read morediscussing prices and colors, I place the order and listed the people for the card and gave my credit card information. I was told that my card had been declined, but I had been sent a text asking me to verify the purchase as a fraud alert. I verified on my phone that I had been the one to place the order, and asked the person at the store to run my card again. I was told that I would be sent a photo of the arrangement before it was taken to the viewing in two days time. The night of the viewing, I didn't receive a photo, but wasn't too worried. The next day, I went to the funeral, and couldn't find the arrangement. I immediately called the store, but had to leave a message; nobody was answering. Three calls later, they finally answered. the funeral was over, and I was at the cemetery walking toward the grave. There was no record of my order. I was mortified. The order represented my mom' s whole side of the family, and now there was nothing I could do to place another order. It was too late. They ask if I wanted to send something to the family, but we were already at the cemetery. I had to hang up to participate in the gravesite service. They took my number and the last four digits of my credit card, and was told they would look into what had happened. I have yet to hear back from them. Do not recommend.
