I left a message, got a return call in a couple hours and from another state I had an agreement with Jimmi's to remove about a dozen larger trees and some smaller. Very efficient company, began work when they promised and handled the details. Many, many tons of trees overhanging fences, powerlines and house. Excellent tree removal. After the 2 hurricanes in 2024 our tree was leaning right over our house which was so dangerous. The root system was destroyed and there were many splits from within the huge limbs. All workers were clean, courteous, and no foul language, very professional. Never completed the job. I wish I had read the reviews more, but this seems to be a consistent problem with this company. They left trash everywhere as well, which I normally would not complain about because I understand as a business owner how difficult hiring and managing employees can be. It's the owner however that has sent several text over the past 2 months stating they would be back and have never showed up. Bad leadership equals bad output. read more

I've used Jimmy Tree several times and haven't had any problems. In fact, I always recommend him to my friends. This time he took down a big tree in my backyard. I knew there would be a pile of mulch so I made arrangements to have someone cart it all away. When the pile was gone we found several large pieces of tree stump that didn't get ground down. Calls and texts to Jimmy got me no where. Except the standard "My phone broke and I didn't get any of your messages". I paid a bunch of money to have this tree cut down and now I have to pay another $350 to get the rest of the stump ground down. I just can't tell you how disappointed I am with him. read more

I hired Jimmy Tree to cut down an oak in my backyard and they did just that. They also did $400 damage to my pool cage, putting a large dent in the corner aluminum structure and ripping a small hole in the screen. Jimmy said he would either come back and do more work to make up for the damage or file an insurance claim. He did neither. You would expect that from a fly-by-night firm, but not from one that is supposedly a reputable company. Stay away from this company if you have any trees to cut down that aren't located in an ideal spot away from any structures. read more
