The work is not actively supervised (the lead sits in his vehicle "several houses down" so as not to be in the way). They take videos of your property without asking. My opinion of course. James said he was super busy with the aftermath of the hurricane but he would get to me as soon as he was able. He came out once he was finally able to squeeze me in and went to work right away. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date of what he was doing. We ordered mulch from them. Instead of putting it in the yard, they dumped it on the…read morepavement/driveway/decorative rocks. It also got dumped on my car and porch that had all my plants. I called them and when they showed up they said the car was allready wrecked so were not paying for the bumper and the car was previously wrecked but the bumper was not warped like it is now, it could have been put back on. The left without doing anything aside from pulling out the hose from underneath the mulch pile and moving the corners around. They also pulled out the bumper and damaged it even more in the process. Now im left to rush to move a big pile of mulch out my front, fresh deep mulch sometimes smokes in the middle and its right up under my carport overhang. I also have to get tools and equipment to find a way to dig up the rocks and sift out the mulch. Im also on my own to replace the plants. I never asked for them to repair or pay for the damage on the car but the way they treated me and assumed thats what I was seeking makes me want to. At the very least they could have showed up and made an effort to make things right rather then showing up to argue with me. Im happy it was mulch being dropped on my car and not a tree on my house.
