He then was checking his order and asking for a drink carrier, when she came back over to him and said very rudely "WHAT DO YOU NEED" he advised he needed a carrier and said that she didn't need to be rude, another driver thru employee then told the customer for him to stop being rude (he was not at all being rude). Lana then said "I DONT HAVE TIME TO WAIT ON JUST YOU". The gentleman then asked for a manager and she said "WERE ALL BUSY WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS" 6 customers in the lobby all witnessed this and all were very angry at this Lana lady. I have worked in food service for many years and I have never once treated a customer in that manner. Bad day, busy or not, customer service is first and foremost. She needs to be fired immediately. Do better McDonald's.
