employees suck, well one in particular. usually the girls are always nice but there is especially this one gay guy that works the drive through and is beyond rude every time i go. EVERY TIME he will mess up my order/ give me the wrong drink or something and then when i ask for what i actually clearly ordered he acts like im ridiculous and rolls his eyes. he instantly acts annoyed with you every time before you even order through the drive though speaker. this has happened atleast 5 times to me at this place i would not be leaving a review if it was a one time occurrence. he should be fired. making the entire place seem unprofessional when the other employees seem to work hard. read more

If i could give it a negative score, I would. The workers are rude, the sandwich had one small piece of meet and cheese crumbles like it was the last of the slice of cheese. Only about 1/3 of the bread was actually a sandwich. It was pathetic. When I asked for a reasonable sandwich, they were not going to remake unless I paid more. Finally, someone who had authority and wasn't laughing at me and the sandwich, gave the ok to remake it. The remake was still VERY small. This locaction and staff are a building of frustration. I've been to this location in the past, and always get a Beach Club, add bacon. It's always great. This last time we ordered the Big John (little John sized), and were very surprised to find only 1 tiny piece of roast beef on the sandwich. It was barely a sandwich at that point. This store...ugh They have new owners and obviously don't care about customers or employees. I've complained on the website but I just get told it's a franchise and they will forward my complaint to the owner. And no one ever contacts me. The last issue was me ordering a sandwich in the drive through and watching the young lady making it (I do believe it was the manager Mirage) eating things as she made it. I sat in my car and just gawked at her as she did it. She looked over and saw my look of horror and changed her gloves. As if that was going to fix the disgustingly awful thing I just witnessed. Food - standard Jimmy John's, which is to say decent enough. Although Jimmy John's is not a real developer of gourmet food. This restaurant did charge me more than what was listed on their drive through menu. The crew member said that they had changed their prices but hadn't bothered to change the sign. Very disappointed. I went through the drive-thru and my order was wrong, it took a long time, and a saw a bunch of people standing around chatting. The window was open and I could hear them talking about non-work related things. When the server realized that I could probably hear, she shut the window. Too late! Staying at a local Motel 2 miles away and they won't deliver here! Not in some dive motel in the getto,but for some reason,they won't deliver here. I've heard similar story's about JJ before.
