I have been eating JJ for the longest time and this one in Orland Park was my first time there since I was on the way to my therapist. I normally go to the one in Tinley Park or Palos Heights and they were always so so good. This Orland Park one was really a big disappointment. I don't eat meat so I always get the Veggie Sub and ask for extra tomatoes, pickles, onions and cucumber. The other locations usually load it up. This place was LESS than what it usually comes and there wasn't any avocado that I can taste. I know it is inside the cheese but I can't taste any at all. No one greeted me and the only reason why I gave it 2 stars was because it was at least clean. I don't think I will visit this JJ again. Just when I thought I would have a delicious veggie sandwich from JJ since they are always consistent. I guess you really can go wrong with a bad JJ location. Do not recommend. read more

SLOW SERVICE. Made a big order to feed a band and crew playing at Centennial Park stage. I called a couple times to get status. They could not estimate how late the delivery driver would be. They would not offer any other staff member to make the delivery instead. Food arrived 1 hour late and minutes before the band had to get on stage. DON'T EXPECT TIMELY SERVICE. read more

I've recommended this sandwich shop to many people. I've always had a sandwich. Last week we ordered Thai Chicken Wraps. They were bad. Didn't taste any Thai flavors and We both were sick for several days and are having to eat carefully. Will not order that again. Will stick with sandwiches. read more

I was greeted nicely. I ordered a little roast beef. It was spot on. It was delicious. I enjoyed it. They sell day old loaves: .50 per. I had to get one for the weekend. Good stuff. read more

This Jimmy John's does a great job and they are always very pleasant. The manager is spectacular

Absolutely the smallest ingredient San which I have ever had. Besides the fact that the employees have no personality at all. I gave them the wrong amount of money owed them a nickel and the toy just stood there saying nothing until I asked why he was just staring at me. Stale bread terrible tomatoes will never go back. They all looked and acted stoned! read more

The sandwiches are really good but there is an employee that has a full in kept beard and long hair. It freaks me out because he never wears a hat or anything to cover his head. Isn't that against the law? It keeps me from going there. read more

I come to this location a lot with my children I was there tonight with my daughter and her friends there's a woman with green hair working the front starring at my daughter and her friends and whispering to the other worker. She was giving us dirty looks for what reason we have no idea,we decided to take our food and leave. How dare you have an employee starring at 12 year old little girls and giving them dirty looks. I'm sure you have security footage and can verify everything I posted read more

Just not a well run location. Came here for some sandwiches with the kids and the register, time to make sandwiches, and errors made it just frustrating overall. read more

Waited more than 25 minutes for two sandwiches, one that came with nothing but bread and turkey. Worst service ever.

Freaky unprofessionally slowwwww.... Not sure why the past few times I have ordered delivery from this JJ but I've waited an hour few times just for simple food. Never had this issue with other locations. When you can they are unprofessional and then just blow it off like it's not a big deal. Whoever owns this location needs to step it up because your losing customers. Beyond slow... read more

Ordered the 30 pack. Paid for extra turkey on the turkey sandwiches. Each of the small individual sandwiches had about .6 of an ounce. That's extra!??? With the supposed extra meat, the order was about $85. Basically got a bunch of bread with a few ounces of meat. There was probably a total of about 18 ounces of meat on the 30 sandwiches. The bread weighed in at about 3 pounds. what a joke. Never again. read more

Jimmy John's - This is extra meat according to Jimmy Johns. - Sandwiches Near Me - Orland Park, Illinois

Employees are unprofessional. And if you're sending someone out to give away free sandwiches, DO NOT go into a salon. Food isn't allowed inside. You don't walk in and yell out "WHO WANTS FREE SANDWICHES?!" if there's classical music playing in the background. If the manager tells you to leave, you fucking leave. You don't yell out even louder, "DOES ANYONE WANT ANY SANDWICHES?!" After the manager tells you a third time. If I hurt someone because they won't leave my workplace, I'm protected by law. If I wasn't in the middle of working on a client, I would've popped him real quick. read more

Got what I wanted the beach club my favorite and it was fast. The staff was very nice and the store was clean.

As of this review and the hundreds I've done prior. There's 2 places I can walk into to eat that I've never been to before and I can expect great food and service. That's Culver's and the other is of course Jimmy John's. Located off LaGrange Road (Route 45), it's a little tricky to get to through all the other stores. It's a nice, small cozy place. The staff is really friendly and prompt. Prices are always good too for what you pay for. The food they made was "freaky fast" not to mention, "freaky delicious" read more

I recently went to the Jimmy Johns in Orland Park and I have honestly never been so disappointed in my life with this place. Ive been going to this location for around 4 years and the customer service the other day way terrible. There were two ladies that were working that were phenomenal, this gentlemen who has blue ish hair was rude, looked at me nasty, and didn't even say anything while he was just sitting on his phone. There was a rush at the time I went in and all the guy did was stand there. Did not help at all for the duration I was in there. I seriously am dissatisfied and will be changing locations. read more

I came here today and ordered the "frenchie" through the app. It's $3.99 and delicious. I really love the bread, and how it has a strong salted buttery taste. The bread was very fresh, and nice and soft. The sandwich came with salami, capicola, provolone, and packets of mayo and mustard if you want them. Also, when you download the app and purchase anything, they give you a free sub on your next order. What a great deal! read more

Every time I eat at this location the bread is stale....annoying!!! I'll stick to the PALOS heights location

I came in for a catering pick up order and I was told by the girl with the green hair that my pick up would be on the rack but I told her I had catering and she rolled her eyes at me. Then I asked her if she could give me a bag with napkins in it and she responded with "we already put mayo on the sandwiches" and I told her if I could get the napkins anyways. She came back and dropped the bag rudely on top of my order and she tucked her hands in her apron and turned her back to me. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but the customers have no fault to her attitude. Wouldn't recommend having her at the location. read more

Food was great and the staff turned our names into euphoria characters! It was fun and it made us laugh (their name is ash and mine is Maddie) The kids who worked there seemed hard at work on a big order but still made great food and made us giggle! Give those kids a raise! read more

I call every week and order a sandwich from this location, also my coworkers call several times during the week and order as well. Called today and placed an order for delivery and all of sudden they told me they refuse to deliver to us anymore cause it's A BLOCK out of their district. Never ordering from this Jimmy Johns again. All I wanted was a Sandwich and a pop. Well for starters I never received a Thank you or a copy of my receipt. I asked for no onions on my sandwich and I seen the guy behind he counter put them on. I said "Whoah..no onions buddy". He looked and me and asked if I just didn't like them or if I was a allergic. I asked what is the difference? He said he'd have to make a new sandwich if I was allergic. So he just picked them out of my sandwich (gross) and the guy who wrapped it didn't give me a napkin or thank me either. So I had to grab the napkins and a bag which they didn't offer and do half of their job for them. On my way out I noticed that I never received a cup for my pop. I asked for a cup and the guy had the nerve to ask me if I paid for one. I almost took the sandwich and threw it in the trash because that's the type of service I got. Never going back. ***Update*** Went back and had the same terrible service. No thank you's and didn't give me my cup. Never going back for sure this time. read more

First off my sandwich was good, they were able to make my sandwich quickly which I appreciated. Other than that, that is where everything good ended. I am pretty tolerant of rude service, almost tolerant to a fault. I felt really uncomfortable here. I feel like I was intruding on their personal conversations and I was treated very cold without any kind of friendliness at all. I wanted to get out of there quickly. I have many other options to choose from for a quick meal and they at least smile. I don't think these folks could even attempt to pretend to be friendly. read more

Slowest jimmy johns I've been to. We're not conscientious of other customers. We're very loud with an inappropriate topic. A worker was not wearing a visor with hair out and was coughing on the food(not covering their mouth). Slowest service it took 5 minutes for workers to come out of the back. read more

To abide by the CDC guidelines, which is even reinforced at the entrance of the store, all are supposed to be wearing masks. At least 3 of the employees, who were making the food, were not compliant. Ordered four sandwiches for delivery. 20 mins later no sandwiches and no call, I had to call to find out why my order had not arrived yet. I was told they were having an issue with their driver and my order was now going out and they added cookies for our inconvenience. My order was finally delivered 1/2 hr after I placed it and they added ONE cookie to my order. Could they spare it? Should we split that four ways, lol! I won't be ordering from this location again. I gave two stars because the sandwiches were correct and edible. read more

I come here quite often and haven't gotten around to writing a good review of the place! I usually come here on the weekends and the service here is decent and the food is 'freaky fast'. The staff is usually welcoming but there's a girl who stands out from the rest. A shorter blonde girl with glasses and a lip ring is always so helpful and kind to me- she's there almost everytime I go in and she is always cleaning her heart out! Who ever she is I appreciate her as well as the rest of the staff there- I definitely recommend this place! read more

I eat here quite often, no more! My sandwich was made with day old crusty bread. When I bit into it, it fell apart. EVERY one of my tomatoes had the end core I couldn't eat. So, my family has been going to this locations for years. Usually, we have a great experience. Today however, my mother had very rude service only 15/20 minutes ago, in particular from two female staff members, one being a girl names grace. Now I will, say that the food looks fine, but even from walking in the door one woman, not grace, seemed put out simply with my mother's presence, snapping "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" While my mother was waiting away from the counter for a few minutes while waiting for a texted order. Then during order the other girl, grace, while not rude, was a little short with her during checkout and forgot to add a drink order. Which normally wouldn't be a problem, mistakes happen, but grace seemed put out by it also. Then when the food was done, one of the staff members put the food out, a couple sandwiches and bags of chips on the counter without a bag or napkins, and then when my mom asked for a bag they told her to reach over the counter and "help herself", which we feel is not exactly safe given the current health crisis. Again, we've never had a problem here before so she was quite surprised. read more

Slowest location ever, order your food 45 mins - an hour ahead of when you would like it delivered even if you're only 1.3 miles away! They will say your order is out for delivery but not show up for another 30 minutes. I promised myself I wouldn't order from this place after waiting an hour & a half one day, which resulted in me having to call & cancel the order because I was leaving for work by the time it would have arrived. read more

Very disappointed. Not only did it take 45 min for a 2 block delivery but the delivery guy had the nerve to ask me if i needed change. Really? you're asking me that after giving me a warm sandwich and I hand you a $20 for a $13 delivery? He had a lot of nerve. I will never be going there again. read more

This place is a dump...No. Really it is. The only thing we heard as the wife and I walked from the car to the door wasn't, as you might except the sounds of rushing traffic as it flowed by along La Grange Avenue, but that of 80s music. And not the good 80s music (if there is such a thing). But we pressed on more out of hunger than anything else. Besides, plenty of places play really crappy music. But if that was the only problem I would have been happy. Very happy. Ecstatic even. But, none-the-less, it was far from the only problem. Okay, if I'm standing and talking to a person, such as I was with my wife, and we're figuring out what to order, don't tell me the total when I'm obviously not finished. You'd be better off just asking me if there was anything else. Hey, maybe you're new. But I have a feeling that you weren't. Then I have to add that maybe, jus maybe, you clean at least once a week. Daily would probably be the most sanitary way to go about running a place that serves food, but from the IQ levels at Jimmy Johns I think I'd just be glad with once a week, because this place was a dump from the get go and I still find it hard to believe that we stayed once we walked through the door. But like I stated before, we were driven by hunger and I rather liked the food. That is until we visited the one in Orland. Before eating here the only real problem was finding one that would deliver. Everyone I called on previous times telling me that their store didn't deliver to that area and then tell me the supposed one that did to just hear the same story until I got back to the first. But I digress. What I should be telling you about is the inch of dust I knocked off the lamp that hung over our, and everyone else's, table. And the sticky floors that probably haven't seen a mop since they opened to the beautifully dirty table that I had to clean off to sit to how they didn't give us napkins and how I had to into the bathroom to get them out of the dispenser. So in other words don't waste your time at this location. That is unless you are hot girl. Then you get table side service with your order along with napkins. Hell, they'd probably even wipe off your mouth if you asked them too. read more

My grandma is more freaky fast than this delivery service. I ordered 5 sandwiches at 12:15pm and they got delivered at 1:30pm...and I was only a half a mile away from the store. It wouldn't be a big deal if the sandwich shops mantra wasn't "subs so fast you'll freak." Get a new slogan or get a faster delivery service. read more

I was not "Freaking". I was not happy at all. We placed an order for delivery to our workplace at 11:45 am. Jimmy Johns is literally just around the corner from our store. At 12:30 pm, the sandwiches still hadn't arrived, and our boss called to find out what the problem was. The guy said that the sandwiches should be there any minute now. At 1:15, the boss called once more and was told the sandwiches would be "right there" and that there would be no charge now. They didn't arrive til almost 1:45. For a place that prides itself on "Subs so fast you'll freak", this was pretty sad. 2 hours to deliver to a place that is just across Lagrange road from the restaurant? Pitiful. And to top it off, my sandwich sucked. The bread was stale, there was an overabundance of lettuce filler, and can we talk about the tomatoes? Three miniscule slices of a plum tomato. Pathetic. read more

I would give no stars if I could! This place is definitley not "freaky fast" with their delivery. Takes anywhere from 30min. to 1.5hrs to receive. Especially when my work location is at 159th and LaGrange!! Orders are never right and the sandwiches are pittyful! Basical bread with a piece of meat! Wish there was a different location that could deliver to us. This is making me completely never want to order from another Jimmy John's again. read more
