Standard Jimmy Johns and appreciate that you can make online orders. But didn't particularly appreciate that the lobby was closed and we had to wait in line with everyone else ordering at the drive thru. What we did to make things more convenient (ordering online) became INCONVENIENT. If they continue this practice, we probably won't stop here again. read more

The girl taking our order couldn't hear us through the drive through and instead of making sure she had the right order- just moved on. It also took a long time to make our two sandwiches and the unwhich (which she couldn't hear well) ended up being on wheat- not good for those who can't eat gluten! I've tried them twice, not impressed. About equal or less then Subway quality. They put the lettuce on the bottom of the the bread twice. That means the bread is a soggy mess when you get to eat it. I've ate here three times while on a business trip. All staff has been friendly and immediately greeting as soon as I walked through the door. Service has been fast, and all orders have been correct (no tomatoes is totally my only special request). Store is above average on the cleanliness scale in my book. read more

I will not order from this Jimmy Johns ever again. I have given this Jimmy Johns several chance! I work at a business that is 3 miles away, myself and 2 other coworkers have ordered sandwiches between 1pm and 4pm. I waited 47 minutes for my order, my manager waited 38 minutes for her order and my coworker has ordered at least 4 times waiting between 30-45 minutes for each of his orders. I spoke with the manager who refused to compensate my order after the long wait. We could have ordered a pizza and picked it up in this same time frame we waited for our orders. My place of work will NOT order anything else from Jimmy Johns from here on out. read more

The staff working on Monday night 9/9/2019 has to be some of the most unprofessional, undertrained people in the service industry I've seen recently. Tried to get a "giant" sub to split with my girlfriend (since we were getting the exact same thing and wanted to make it easier for the sandwich artists) and they couldn't even put on the toppings that we had asked for. Also, who would of thought you'd have to ask for a 20" sub to be cut in half?? Does anyone actually eat a sandwich that is 2 feet long without cutting it in half? You can easily tell these little teenyboppers had someone else do their schoolwork for them since addition/subtraction/multiplication/division became a thing in their lives. Got a mile down the road and had to turn back around to go grab the rest of the parts of the sandwich I just paid for and they stood there looking dumbfounded like I was another math problem in their life, and then thought it was funny they messed up and didn't bother to even say sorry. Have continuously been a returning customer to this location but it's not even worth my time to go here anymore just because of how poorly everything was handled. I guess the employees at this Jimmy John's are not big on customer service. I ordered a slim thinking it meant Less meat and less bread like it other fast food sandwich shops. I was mistaken. Apparently it means no vegetable additions. Who knew? Not me. I was told by the employee that it was corporate policy to throw out your food and have you go away mad then give you a piece of lettuce on the house.
