I tried Jimmy John's for the first time today. I got a #4 meal and it was quite good, but I would prefer subway or Jersey mikes over Jimmy John's. The turkey was very fresh as was the lettuce and tomato. I also got the triple chip cookie and it was an amazing cookie. But the thing holding this back from being a 5 star review was the chips and the bread. The bread was quite dry which I did not enjoy and it gave a terrible first taste when I bit into the sandwich, it was very hard to chew. Also, I got just simple regular potato chips but they had zero flavor. The service was great as the people were very nice. And the building smells very good on the inside. So overall, I do recommend Jimmy John's. read more

Online order Simple right! Ordered a #13 Jimmy Cuban I order with no pickles "simple I would think" I get home and open my sandwich and I get a sandwich with mayo and two slices of ham. Absolutely ridiculous If you order from here please check your order because in my opinion they must not pay enough for people to be able to read their own menu in order to make a standard sandwich. I love Jimmy John's. They advertise subs so fast you freak. Well, I didn't freak. Went there 2 nights in a row and couldn't believe how slow. Slower than what I'm used to at jimmy John's. Still good. There was a woman working and seemed like the supervisor. The guy making the sub was struggling a little. Wasn't sure about how to make. She didn't seem like a very good supervisor because she missed the opportunity to level up the employee. Some of that could have been the employee just didn't get it. But, if he is struggling it's in the best interest of the business to help him perform at his best and not let him produce scrap. He pitched a whole bun when making my sandwich. I think he accidentally put Mayo on it. The supervisor made a comment to him before pitching the bun. Someone needs to help their team members out. read more

Terribly slow service and order was wrong again. I should have stayed with better judgement and drove in town to Jersey Mike's. They get my order right every single time and are actually freaky fast and not slow as hell. I watched the contractors install 3 course of brick at the apartments while I waited for my food. 2nd time I had to drive 2 miles back because they use stale, leftover bread for their subs. So hard you can't push on it because it so hard. I've been a fan of Jimmy John's for a while but this store is losing me. The last time that I was in there I moved tables twice because there were ants. I know it's summer time but seriously I should've left right then and there. While I was waiting for my food, someone I assume was a delivery driver was leaving, he looked like he hadn't showered in days and his shirt was dirty. Far from Freaky Fast. 25 minutes in the drive through and I preordered it through the app. I keep finding myself giving them another chance because like their product, but I always have horrible service. Sandwiches are a prime lunch source and they should be staffed for it. read more

I've gone here more than one occasion and like other reviewers I too have had ridiculous quality of food. I ordered a blt with Dijon mustard last time and I got a ham sandwich with mayonnaise. Those 2 things don't even sound alike but the teenyboppers working there with no obvious supervision thought it did. Won't be going back for sure. read more

The food was standard but the service was poor. I ordered two sandwiches on their menu and specified I would like to pick up at 6:00 (ordered at 4:15). When I arrived at 6:05 and gave my name, they said they had my order but had not made the sandwiches yet. Why bother ordering on line if they are not going to make your order until you drive up. I love Jimmy Johns....NORMALLY. But this location? I'm done! Three trips through the drive through and three misses (yes, I should have learned after two - but it's location is on my way.) I don't know why places treat their drive through customers with such disdain; handing off the bad food or bad quality service - BELIEVING that "oh well, they won't notice it until they are too far to return." Well, yes, I was too far to return as well as on an inflexible schedule - so I had to stick with what I was given. the first trip was stale bread and wilted lettuce. The second trip was filled with items I asked to NOT be put on the sandwich. And this time the bread was so stale that I could hardly bite into the end. REALLY? Is there no quality control at the store? I will still go to Jimmy Johns ELSEWHERE - but not this store! Come on, folks! Get your acts together! So last time I ate a lettuce wrap or unwhich as they call it at Evansville JJ... it was so well made and loaded with veggies ... so I was really craving to eat one today and we went to Newburgh JJ... the person taking the order didn't get it right and they ended up putting spicy jalapeños on the wrong sandwich... so another employee who was very bossy(her name was Katie), opened up my sandwich to remove the jalepnos leaving the sandwich not wrapped right and I requested her to make a new one as I didn't want everything falling on me while eating... she was very angry and rude and she decided to make a new one but her body language was very harsh and all the employees and myself just kept looking at her. She made the new sandwich but didn't bother to wrap it properly and anyway all the food fell on us while we were eating... JJ should train their employees how to wrap the lettuce sandwich properly if they want to continue to offer it and also how to treat their customers nicely... Had I not eaten the awesome lettuce wrap sandwich from Evansviile JJ, I would think that lettuce wraps are always messy, but since I ate a better one earlier, I knew they could have done a better job. Wish she wasn't as frustrated with her job. Very poor experience for the customer. read more

Jimmy johns is known for fast service. It literally took 15 minutes for 1 sandwich and it was not busy. This is not the first time this has happened. Staff not friendly as well. I'm no longer going to this business. read more

This store had a friendly staff and a good atmosphere. However, the management in this store needs to work with their staff on order accuracy. Both of the sandwiches I ordered were incorrect. Also, the management informed us we needed to leave the store 5 minutes after we sat down to eat because they were closing up the store. I've run several restaurants in my career and you never ask customers to leave if they still have food. Instead you should let the customer know up front that you will be closing up shop soon and let them order their food to go. Lastly, if you still have an open sign on and three customers come in to order food, you make their order to go instead of turning them away. Free advice from a past GM. read more
