Everyone liked their dishes from Buffalo Chicken Salad, Chicken Parmigiana, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, GF Pizza, more Wings plus Cheese Bread with Marinara for kids. I ordered the Italian Beef sandwich with Mozzerella, Pepperoncinis and au jus; this was flavorful dipped in Au jus, however I'd try another signature T's dish for my next meal here since I've had the best Italian Beef sandwiches in Chicago. What more could you ask for? Our group was treated by Mallory, the head of Brickhouse's kitchen, with the newest addition to their wings menu: Bang Bang Bang Wings. They were delicious. While advertised as hot, the triple bang best describes the flavor. Vibrant and savory with just enough heat you can feel. Totally safe for those that fear wings with too much heat. We also tried the "Jale-mango" wings. These were pretty mild as far as heat, but full of sweet mango-ey flavor. A great pepper/fruit combo with the glaze sauce. To wash the wings down, I enjoyed a pint of "Don't Fear the Reaper" by local brewery 18th Street. Definitely worth a visit. The employee spoke with someone else when I raised concern and he validated that I should be charged the gluten free bread price -- although I wasn't purchasing gluten free bread. I kindly declined to make the purchase. As I was walking out the employee who was wrapping the bread raised her voice saying "I just wrapped all of these and you're not buying them!?"
