I made the best of my sandwich by removing the bun and hoping for the best. Thank goodness I didn't have any issues because I was starving. Overall this will always be a favorite. Today we started with some Chicken Wings; large and meaty, we ordered them Mild but asked for xtra Hot sauce on side. Served hot from kitchen, we really enjoyed them!! A variety of meals were ordered from Pizza, Pasta, Salads and Sandwiches. Everyone liked their dishes from Buffalo Chicken Salad, Chicken Parmigiana, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, GF Pizza, more Wings plus Cheese Bread with Marinara for kids. I ordered the Italian Beef sandwich with Mozzerella, Pepperoncinis and au jus; this was flavorful dipped in Au jus, however I'd try another signature T's dish for my next meal here since I've had the best Italian Beef sandwiches in Chicago. All in all, we were glad to find T's for a family nite out that everyone could order a tasty meal. We'll come back when we pass thru again. Enjoy!

Great food and prompt service! We had a working lunch today…read morefor my wife since it's Mother's Day Weekend. She wanted us out in the yards planting and gardening. She wanted Firehouse so that's what we went with: Cajun Chicken Sandwich, Meatball Sub, Engineer, Steak and Cheese Melt, and Honey Ham. Everyone wanted chips as well: Salt & Vinegar, BBQ (x2), and Jalapeño. Everyone also wanted a pickle spear, so they got those. We had a cooler full of beer, water, and other stuff, so we were good on drinks. Mom was good with everything, and so were we. As the saying goes, "If Momma ain't happy, Nobody's happy." Firehouse insured that we didn't have to live through that situation! Good job, guys!

What more could you ask for? Our group was treated by Mallory, the head of Brickhouse's kitchen, with the newest addition to their wings menu: Bang Bang Bang Wings. They were delicious. While advertised as hot, the triple bang best describes the flavor. Vibrant and savory with just enough heat you can feel. Totally safe for those that fear wings with too much heat. We also tried the "Jale-mango" wings. These were pretty mild as far as heat, but full of sweet mango-ey flavor. A great pepper/fruit combo with the glaze sauce. To wash the wings down, I enjoyed a pint of "Don't Fear the Reaper" by local brewery 18th Street. Definitely worth a visit. And Brickhouse is connected to the Art Theater in downtown Hobart making It the perfect pre or post show watering hole.
